You need to find a learning curve
So you do not sway and swerve
Into trouble that you find
Each and every single time
You start making jokes and fun
When you look and see someone
Who is just a little different
You start having a judgement
When they do not act or look
Like you--your throwing a book
Of bad manners their direction
With disdain and criticism
You shout vulgar and untasteful words
Bringing a bad sting of hurt
To those who just want to be
Part of a society
That will accept and not shun
Being caring--not poke fun
At people trying to live
In a world that wants to give
Everyone a chance to find
Happiness on down the line
BY acceptance of others
Remember we're all sisters and brothers
In this world -- it would be great
Not to show any more hate

Imaginations
Suffocating sanity
Thoughts of you
Being too long
Without you
Wondering
What ifs
With the heavy hidden words
That never reach you
Being afraid
Embarassment and self blame
Asking for trouble
Though it is love
Cautious consideration
Like status, age , colour
Eventhough it should not matter
But cannot help
As these doubts will always find a way
Back in my head
My situation
Never good
Long way to go
To recovery
So painful
Not wanting anyone
Too close to feel it
Though I want to love you
I just can't
My body
Hurt and broken
Unable to hold you
Cold heart of mine
Frostbite on your soul
Breaking you down
Bittersweet lips
Taste of thorns
Dripping unpure blood
Untasteful after
I am cold
Let me go
You are safe away from me
I love you
Always hoping things better for you
Though I am no longer
By your side...

What would our day's be like,
....without the sunshine...
how boring without the beauty of a sunset,
how untasteful without love,a tender kind
how unmeaningful when our inner souls aren't met...
With so much, that can be alarming and disturbing,
there is still so much, that can be reassuring....
And only you,can feel and know that...with understanding
