Premium Member Total Recall

To tell you that I miss you
Understates the case
If you want to give a bookmark
Let me see you face to face

That's why I like the instances
When we're part of the team
There's then no need to recall
Your image from a dream

I'm filling up a memory bank
It's stored inside my mind
Images and moments
Treasures of the kind

That I can call on anytime
I visit everyday
The pictures of your beauty there
No one can take away

Generational Holocausts

The term understates,
underrates the invisible numbers,
after the headlines, the quieted dead
dwindle to less than extraordinary.

Violence and cultural blight
are seen as side effects of affluence,
a benign wind of change
and not the culling, winnowing
and genocide of a Nation
sleepwalking into madness.

Clubbing seal cubs
portends a rage for mass murder.

The tail wags the dog
and the offended march away
to slaughter strangers.

Generation after generation,
no - year after year,
day to day.

Meanwhile bloody footprints
reshape a landscape of fear.

Inventiveness

creation, inspiration, philosophy, spoken word,

INVENTIVENESS ©

Philosophical prophecies do go down---
But lose ground recruitment when congested….
And curtail some ‘guilds’ to inventiveness!
Guidelines ‘stagnate’, if borne not for quest beyond---
Who in the ‘know-how’ understates these new interpretations?
What, why, where, when ‘next is it to be said again and again?
And just ‘who’ is to invent the here and now, and the next?
Alluring juridical ‘redoes’ of various pantomimed brands---
Begets and do offer, for limited ‘life’ sake a' shelf' date...
Inspirational ‘rides’ on diversified musical ‘merry-go-rounds’!

Windows

Seeing depth and starry flare
In iris clouds of prism cell,
And silver crystals floating there
With visions bared and tales to tell.
And seeing all there is to see,
Spread naked in the surface sheen,
Drawing in and breaking free
From all to come and all that's been.
Of tears shed, of laughter danced,
  Of salt and blood, of wake and sleep;
Of pools of hope, of life enhanced,
Of wells and springs and fathoms deep.
Scenic windows opened wide,
  Emotive angles thus betray;
A stage wherein the truth belied
  Surrenders to a shadow play.
In the heart of forces felt,
In windows to a wondrous soul,
I smile and weep and swiftly melt
Like snowflakes in a begging bowl.
To tell I drown in nucleus
Of eyes that seize all I possess,
Understates the hopelessness,
When out of sight, the emptiness...
