Luminous lucent mind
longingly mystique,
made of multi-facetted crystal
of gorgeous gem,
shines sublimely
with translucent thoughts,
glistened by soul-suffusing
sensuous rays,
emanating from
efflorescent fountain
of ebullient emotion
unrestrained.

Clear of cluttering cloud
of secret qualm,
diaphanous psyche
resolutely revolves
in ordained orbit,
shines as a star
in enlightened trajectory,
away from abyss
of ambiguous angst
unrelenting.

The meadow of mind,
clear of convoluted
shadows of confusion,
glows in the transit
of fleeting moments,
latticed with luster
of desiccating dew drops
of passion perception,
sparkling with sequins
of transient euphoria,
conveys with cadence
of evanescent radiance
the rational notion
undeniable....

everything has a time
to come and go.

In a Time To Come

Man will know plenty.
Some will see all...
But never understand any.

Few will touch the hand of the master.
See creations finest chapter...
Know nature as its a reality was.

One will know where it will go.
As man digs the hard earth to sow.
Only a few will know the breath of a Great
Spirit or feel the storm of its rage.

In times that are at nigh...
Man will mirror reality
Never feeling the true vitality
Trying to create the grace of Allah.

Many will fall...
Daring...
The furies cascade.

All will only know their humanity...
Willing to look into the eye of Divinity.
Burn with paradox's revelation...

Some shall touch the face of GOD.
And understand all...
...as this path is spiraling.

It's Time To Come Home

I dreamt last night you were coming home, feeling extremely excited for I am tired of
always being alone. I couldn't wait what a great surprise for I hoped it would not be
too late. It's been a long time since I saw you last do you remember when? I
watched you walk away with the hope I would one day see you again. I couldn't
believe you were going overseas to fight a war with the unknown to a place of
uncertainty where nothing but hurt and sadness is sown. As I would daily worry
about hearing news you might be gone, I prayed God would somehow keep you
strong. Oh I am so happy you are finally coming home, hopefully to stay. I don't
want to live another minute with the distance that keeps us away. Oh God please
don't tell me I've awoken and this is nothing but a dream, but I guess the reality is
my son is in the war waging his life sitting front line on his team. Why, oh why did
this have to be a dream?

Its Time To Come Together

Its time to come together and raise above the drama of
this world. Its time to come together to show and teach our
young black men that violence is not the answer.
Its time to come together as men and young men kings of this world
standing with each other not against each other. Its time to come together
as one. Its time to come together for the love of our family, church,
community and young kids. Its time to come together its time to come
together and take back what been taken away from us its time to stand in our
rightful place as kings and queens of this world its time to come together
its time to come together, its time to come together.
Its time to come together to walk hand in hand for the love of our
ancestor that pave the way for us to have something its time to come
together Its time to come together
