Mom, I embrace the SunShine
Mom, I embrace the Rain
Mom, I alleviate the coarseness of the grind
Mom, I eliminate all pain
Mom, I welcome all rhythms that move me
Mom, I relax the most easily triggered part of my mind 
Mom, I take in all the therapeutically medicinal sources that soothe me
Mom, I think of You in the Center of A Gentle Wind as The True Unwind
Mom, I completely get a hold of myself and correct my attitude
Mom, I close my eyes to start a relaxing Time Machine Journey
Mom, Every WonderFull Vision that I see (again) only further UpLifts My Gratitude

White Beach

Ocean breeze blows so fresh and pure
While white clouds sail away in departure

Azure sky reveals its majestic mirror of beauty
As choral-remains and shells stud ashore in bounty

Sand coated the coast almost as white as snow
Children play at sand dunes climbing in a row

Sea birds are paragliding gracefully
In rhythms of waves rolling with glee

Emerald water sparkles like diamonds
Seagulls swoop for fish leaving kiss quite fond

Crabs and turtles waltz with the ebbs
Joys and excitements come floating in blebs

Some dolphins swim in an aquatic rollercoaster
To entertain me and you and every beach lover

Oh, what a great time to sojourn in this white beach!
Come, savor its charm so therapeutically rich.

Personal Growth In the Extra Soft Pillow of Her Love

so wonderful
you swept me off of my feet
my heels are bleeding,
but the weight is lifted
you take my feet between your warm, reassuring hands,
and make them immediately better
you clean them
you dry them
you massage them
you pray for me
your tears merge with my tears
the most beautiful river is created and so easily it flows
so beautiful
you helped me get my appetite back 
now i can fully and properly eat
you kiss me softly 
you whisper 'i love you' in my ear so therapeutically
i immediately feel better Being Better.....
Now I Must Return The Favor.....

Dancing Psalms

Dancing our epic song
inside images
dreams
narratives
ritual motions
rhythmic changes 
disembodied

Can become dissonantly self-predative
depressing
exhausting
compressing

Claustrophobic mean remains
of darkly disabling
demonic Othering;
nothing left
for cooperative choice,
wellbeing voice.

Dancing our song
dividing MeWe healthy humanity
in unhealthy ways

Sometimes therapeutically remediated
by better
silent outside
sacred listening,
for healing humane justice
in divinely green peace
forest Cathedrals,
desert sand drifting Paradise,
oceanic blue Heavens,
mountainous purple sunset Passions,
silent flowing rivers 
of transparent Power
chasing
following vulnerable 
wounding Light

Cooperatively active
inside/outside copassion
recklessly curious love
restoring EarthPeace
one dance at a time

For cooperatively revolutionary
mediations
resonantly YangSun sung
YintegralEarth danced

Poetry - My Source of Inspiration

Poetry has been my Godsend
having a stammer all my days
it's been an outlet for inward thoughts
therapeutically bringing peace that stays

Having a pen in my right hand
brings real calmness deep within
for first 50 years never thought poetic
but since then words so very inspiring

Not a day ever goes past
when I don't read or write
I love Rossetti, Frost, and Dickinson
they so inspire me to the height

I especially love to write of my saviour
the GodMan Christ Jesus utterly divine
He is everything to my very soul
shows me His word to sit down and dine

Hoping to write poetically for a long time
to continue being inspired forever and a day
I thank God for this heart desire so fine
now words fail me what more can I say

(Just was thinking recently why do I like poetry? so here's the answer to that question.)

for our sins

of our soiled soul Fathers;

Overwhelm our love
for therapeutically restoring
sacred Earth Peace
and humane/divine
cooperative
co-invested Green Win/Win 
Eco/Theo-Logical Justice?

A Spectral Blessing

May Unitarian Universalists sustain
active faith 
in Both/And integral feelings/thoughts
co-gravitating intentions,
nuanced principles
of UniversalTruth greets UnitarianBeauty.

In these ways,
in this public health emergency 
climatic time,
may we join with good faith multiculturing
healthy democratic Others

Less invested in partisan elite-insider knowledge
and also not feeding and watering
non-elite Outsider fear
and anger of sensory-sexual sanity
necessary for building
and retaining a healthy cooperative 
wealthy democracy

And may we always listen for a resilient,
inclusive 
sustainable multicultural optimizing
green new nature/spirit Indigenous Deal
co-investing divinely-humane balance

For restoring healthy ego-sufficient peace
and eco-justice interdependence
throughout our interfaith

Superintentional Perry

I know you were intending
to facilitate an adult faith formation
discernment process
appropriately resonant for AllSouls,
here today
lingering tomorrow
and reborn memories of yesterday,

Then this process seemed to disappear,
Which seems curiously *****,

So, I am wondering if it is too late
to volunteer
to help facilitate

process

Tree Walk and Talk

I asked my beloved oak tree
if such a very WiseElder tree
could
and would
and should be mine
Unless, in the senses
I stand,
to smell
and hear
and feel
and taste and see,
in rooted solidarity
learned from AncientFamily oak trees
long before we met,
Here with Then and Now.

I asked my lovely oak
to invite me in to her forest
rooted matriarchal arms,
to let me swing on his strong-branched armaments,
to gently touch her organic latticed leaves.

But She,
of well past two hundred holonic rings,
said I was too old
to make love again with Her.
She worried I might hurt myself.

Yet, what a way to go!
I therapeutically reply
back through reweaving TreeTime's
nutritional ecology.

Climatecare

How would I describe
my spiritual commute to a place of optimally healthy enterprise?

Am I more of a monoculturing mind
for commodifying my Business,
sometimes BadNews for more vulnerable competitors?

I hope my monochromatic elitism
gives way

Capital Acclimations

Capital means head,
whether healthy or swollen.
That leading toward healthy wealth place
and pace.
Capital is where my head is at today.

Capitalism may be where my competing head has turned
while social and natural eco-capital
could become where our cooperative hearts evolve,
revolve,
resolve,
resound,
rebound,
refound.

Hearts, like minds,
are bicameral,
as embodied arms and legs,
eyes and ears,
and even nostrils,
are bilateral,
even syncretically stereophonic
stretching dance to rhythmic sound.

Capital grows where my EitherOr deductive head works out Win or Lose
and revolves more therapeutically
where my BothAnd inductive heart plays out
and in,
up and down,
diastatic through stasis,
regenerative through degenerate,
love through terror of ego-loss,
to re-ingenerate again.

We can throw our capitalistic arms against each other
yet we all breathe and beat
this same cooperative capital

William H Bonney Therapy

I myself kind of find this hard to believe,
but Billy the Kid, aka William H Bonney,
this long dead figure of American history,
often helps me therapeutically.
Whenever I find myself super depressed,
I think about what Billy the Kid said,
shortly after he was sentenced to death.
Shackled Billy left the courthouse smiling, almost as if in glee.
"Why are you smiling?" a journalist asked him inquisitively.
The Kid responded nonchalantly,
"What's the point in dwelling on the dreary side of life?
Today the joke is on me."
After thinking about that for a spell, I'm as happy go lucky as he.
Thank you for the therapy Mr William H Bonney.

At the Tail End of Enough

i give myself permission to walk away
why display when my heart is in disarray 
the delay causes me to slowly decay

why put my life on hold
for an icy maiden who wears her moniker so bold
even when it is damp and mercilessly cold,
an effortlessly careless spirit will surely unfold

i give myself permission to simply let it be
clarity and its colors i now more therapeutically see
crystalline, rhythmic patterns are surprisingly refreshing to me
i reckon this is what a vast majority experience when truly feeling free
