Go to the Valleys and you will see
Thatcher's disgraceful legacy.
Where the people of old
Like to tell stories of black gold.
Dignity, pride and nothing grand
They powered the world with their bare hand.
Covered in sot from their head to their foot.
These men of old, they dug black gold
We feel their shame
Knowing we can't do the same.
Unemployment it is so high
Half the people want to die.
The factories and mines, they lay bare
Dignity and pride has become so rare.
We know its called progress, we know its unclean
We know we can't go back to where we have been.
But for our children's children I do plead
For someone of the people, someone who'll lead.
With blood on her hands Hell she should be
For this is Thatchers legacy
Lazy morning rain
Oh lazy rain
Oh lazy morning rain
Coming from the pervaded cloud
Encompasses the sky cloud
Why must you spoil this bright morning?
You delay those who are going
To their daily activities
You delay those who are seeking for jobs
Willing to study students are
being dallied. you gave
chance for lazy
One as you to smile, go away
Go away
You splatter upon the roof
As the sound thatchers thatching the roof
Your splash onto the windows give
Chance for cold to penetrate
A wailing cloud it's ok, you are wailing as if you will not
Wail another. You are not needed at this moment
People are shivering because of your present
Why don't you go and come at night?
Go away
Oh lazy rain
Go away
Oh lazy morning rain
