Gold Bitten

"Gold Bitten"

delinquent minds
call the creative in
gold bitten terror bites

he thinks he’s a poet
she thinks of other things
not so equivalent

she thinks she’s a brevity
he believes he’s a harlequin
the point mute and hammered in

golden words delivered
shining against the banished burnished
flowing in the unleashed freedom

up from the depths
some kind of risen,
coldly removed, poetically bitten

unmistakably
apples rolled, stark competition
outrun, yet golden

monster
loved, and
monster driven

where did you come from beautiful?
the question derisive, velvet tones,
moss hidden

From the depths of it all,
she responds,
from the dead, risen

(LadyLabyrinth/2023)

terabyte.
"The prefix tera is derived from the Greek word for monster"...
brevity.
harlequin.
apples. ;)

Tapping into our neurons
where only brain cells should go
       Past dreams mean nothing now
        unconscious thoughts just flow

          An abstract realm of reason
         touchpad signals unbeknown
      Fires up, post-human imagination
        our intelligence genes regrown

And so it's all written in code
          old commandments redrawn
          Binary replaces ancient Latin
          age of replicants has dawned

         Interfaced with artificial reality
            and engaged to usb clones
          We marry terabyte processors
          reproducing ten billion drones

       Reprogrammed ancient scriptures
           floods overwhelm our homes
          Heaven and hell's using robots
          I-God now accedes the throne

Cerebrum Devolution

Most laboratory mischievous
was a petri dish birth of the patent soulless
Retrograde thought waves,
cold stream of computer code consciousness
Clone algorithm doppelgänger breathe
into a body of artificial intelligence theory
Hollow cranial cavity
filled with synthetic mitochondria propagation —
Grey matter reversal movement,
Neanderthal cortical activity cybernetic

Experimental genome project,
primeval opaque was the ethical manifest
Microchip implants
rooted in Pleistocene motive —
Darwinian conquest: Amygdala tool
	        was nano technological,
at its terabyte best
Cerebrum devolution was a scientific success!

Test tube pre-cogs
predict a quark-y future gray
Matter of terminal importance
on a backward timer delay

Mesozoic void was the synaptic quantum leapfrog

Cerebral core of humanity drifting away
		        on a data entry log
	Into the primordial fog
of a deity devoid day

Trolling

Here is a public service warning:
Don’t go cyber strolling after dark!
Reliable sources say
there’s a lot of trolls lurking in the digital park
Anti-social beasts
who don’t have a real life
So they go virtual to release their latent anger,
often late at night
They mass communicate
with the purpose to intimidate or obfuscate
Their favorite activity is trolling,
hateful cat fishing gets their juices flowing
Personal data streams
is where they like to dip their malware toes in
Trolling with every unsavory unfriend
Ain’t nothing ever sociable about their calls,
they only got weird, irksome point of views
Cyber dating a troll is always bad news
When the only life you’re living
is inside a virtual world
And the base obsession you’re giving
is to an avatar girl
Then you’re a lonely troll
lurking underneath the terabyte bridge
Hiding in the deep end of the cyber watering hole,
hoping to catch a chatty guppy unaware
Trolls dwell in the dark net ... user beware!
