We do not listen as before anymore
Emotions that occur when the music plays
Supertramp - "School" or
ABBA - "S.O.S."
a pulsating drive

Bee Gees - "Stayin 'Alive"
Bruce Springsteen - "The River"
Kate Bush - "Running Up That Hill"
the sound of the best

The Cure - "Friday, I'm In Love"
outstanding electronic dance music
Edwyn Collins - "A Girl Like You"
total enjoyment of life

Bob Dylan - "Thunder On The Mountain"
George Michael - "Fastlove"
with harmonies to die for
A wave of amazing artists

«Peace, Love and Understanding»
«Flower Power», colorful, patterned and floral clothing
Marijuana, which gave a distorted reality

A clear rhythm mark
"The King of Rock'n Roll" - Elvis Aron Presley
Bob Dylan: - "Blowin 'in the wind"
Fly like a white dove

If she/he got his first kiss when Beatles sang: "Let It Be"
or grew up with Janis Joplin in the speakers ... woow
"Well, feeling good was easy"
Oh, heaven and stars ... we will never forget

Supertramp

Leaving civilization behind he arrived on a cold crystal day
finding a magic bus with frosted windows where he could stay
freezing weather the bus was his shelter out of the fray
leftover from workers on the Alaskan Stampede Trail back in the day,

Living solitary off the land was something he wanted to do at any cost
a good shot at game but as for preserving it he was at a loss
starving to death the Teklanika River too treacherous to cross
journal entry 69 showed he was in an unpredictable toss,

Eating some potato plant seeds he felt extremely weak
melancholy he wrote a pathos farewell sign if someone should seek
a 24 year old whose gloaming time ended that August in 1992
forevermore valiant into the wild Christopher McCandless was gone too soon.

Just Sittin' and Listen'N

The air is full of something that I've long forgot.
Technologically everything seems to have changed.
But with the new found evolutionary beginings.
My soul is flying on clearer dreams of yesterday.

Twenty sense for every song in my new catalog.
An afternoon turns into night while I drift with the sound.
I breath in all the memory's that I once knew.
As my heart falls in love all over again.

The silouettes upon the screen, reminders of the past.
Fading in and out with memories they cast. Ooop's. :)
Supertramp is having such a way with my soul.
The ebb and flow of emotions is the sweetest ride.

When the final day decide's to come.
And fade out the last remaining song.
There'll be no need for me to cry.
For I have heard heaven calling all along.

Supertramp: a State of Being

A tester of limits,
he reaches beyond
all that resembles
a tie or a bond
to the life whence he came,
and the center he held.
He leaves before sunrise,
character swelled.

With self as his compass,
and mind as his map,
through wood he doth journey,
takes bait from the trap.
A matter of months,
and freedom’s been reached,
beautiful blueberries,
immunity breached.
