Jump to hyperspace,
don’t be afraid to fly fast.
It is not reckless.
With a ‘May the Force be with you.’
we have an instant connection.
Bespin’s a welcome distraction,
right through the asteroids they flew.
We’re members of the Falcon’s crew,
each essential to it’s function.
With a ‘May the Force be with you.’
we have an instant connection.
Multiplex, drive-in, the whole slew.
Say it fierce, there’s no objection.
Other films? No competition.
You tell me that you love them too,
with a ‘May the Force be with you.’
Inflamed
deep freeze
rebels
in alliance
bare hands
are what will nullify
the Empire.
Walking to the film in tandem,
sold it out for opening night.
Fanboys and girls define fandom
walking to the film in tandem.
That iconic phrase 'Rebel Scum'
meant to be under marquee light.
Walking to the film in tandem,
sold it out for opening night.
She had her best sweater,
though youve never seen her worst,
it werent much better than her Tuesday best.
Though there was a good vibe about her wearing it.
a super life heat ecrusted,
a warp speed to her existence,
George Lucas signed 1977 star wars sweater.
I am N8LM a protocol droid,
an oil bath is good when I’m annoyed;
Perilous journeys leave me so annoyed,
I prefer trips that are less than a parsec;
It’s better to travel less than a parsec,
if you get caught it is all your fault;
How rude to blame me if it’s your fault
I told you unequivocally of the odds!
Seven hundred and twenty to one odds,
you heard me in NONE of my dialects;
Fluent in over six million dialects,
I will aid you however you see fit;
I translate language so it will fit,
I am N8LM a protocol droid.
Now, a duel of the fates;
Green and red lightsabers
buzz with that trademark sound;
To choose the easy path;
Who will win? Our hearts pound;
Now, a duel of the fates;
Jedis don’t know anger
they prefer a clear mind;
As Master Yoda says
‘Hate leads to suffering.’
Now, a duel of the fates;
There are always two sides,
who’s right is perspective;
Look at each point of view,
What’s true is subjective;
Now, a duel of the fates;
They balance each other,
such similarities;
Light and dark creating
wondrous space tapestries.
Talk a little bit nerdy just for me,
let’s watch ‘Star Wars’ all night long;
I’ll be your Rebel princess faithfully;
Bury my moan in the theme song,
can you handle a geeky kind of kink?
The cinematic innuendo let’s prolong;
Putty in your hands before you blink,
you can be part of my wildest dream;
Each scene you recite I’m on the brink;
‘Imperial March’ hits my bloodstream,
keep up with the beat make me scream.
In the beginning there were three;
An undisputed trinity of reasons
showing audiences why;
More enthralled with each scene were they,
a legacy this crowd helped build;
Culture shifted forever with this movie;
A dish served best with friends in theatres.

An elusive blue snaggletooth,
I guess I’m not much of a sleuth;
Hidden vinyl Jawa style,
treasure holds a childhood smile;
Find it it’s like a fountain of youth.
Since I was a small child and would try to sing,
when we rise and sing the praises of "Old Glory,"
it brings tears to my eyes. Maybe it's because we
have endured much to keep our flag flying--too
many wars, too many injured, too many dead.
Or, perhaps, in this "Winter of Our Discontent,"*
whether Red or blue or neutral tan, we can, as one,
STAND UNITED.
call me old fashioned
but the star spangled banner
brings tears to my eyes

Rebel Alliance,
May the '4th' be with you all.
Happy Star Wars Day!
Like many others I love this myth,
celebrate once (or twice for the Sith);
Geeks know 'Han Shot First' is truth;
May the fourth be with you
if you know the real date is May twenty fifth.
Wish I could save the dream I had last night
A block buster movie, proceeds out of sight
More than Star Wars
My mind just soared
How I'd spend my fortune, buy a country I might
I wanna fly in the blue extensions of sky
Like an Eagle far above the clouds when they cry
To enjoy company of solicitous shining Sun
& to play with Moon, steal its celestial rays, and run
Wanna talk to the glimmering stars
Get rid of all sorts of wars
Spend some time in the ripe hefty clouds
And with rain drops, peacefully, slide down
Flying till the last edge of the sky
Seeing world from a point, very high
Will surely have its own taste
How delightful, relishing and enchanted
