The Nile was serene
its riverbank green
Cleopatra the Queen
supervised poverty obscene
Ancient Egypt's glory?
'twas short, brutish and mean
for builders of pyramids
worn out at eighteen
Once there was a boy,
too poor to be loved.
That is why he met a girl
and broke her heart.
He gave her hope
and run away
Then came back
but decided not to stay.
All that's left,
the memory of a romantic night
Supervised,
by the government’s eye.
Only when,
The edifice of happiness,
Is:
Conceived,
Designed,
Built
And
Maintained
By
Wisdom
And
Supervised by unselfishness
Could
Withstand the test of time!

The bald man is proud
He goes around boasting;
“Earth is congested and small.
Believe or reject this fact,
All places on earth are unfit
Lord God chose my head
Daily to land there as airport
Mankind and all creatures
Are supervised, judged by God
Not in heaven but from my head”

What good can come
from the malevolence of today
Our jaws dropped to the floor
as insurrectionists held sway
Our faith in our institutions shattered
and, yes, in ourselves too
To handle the transition of power
like democracies do
Staying angry won't help
Instead we can learn a couple of lessons
To run 'by the book,' tightly-supervised elections
~ and never to let anyone with our capitol be messin'
A means was hurriedly devised
To have their profiles revised,
A great deal improvised
And staff strictly supervised…
Also, a means to be apprised
Of Interview questions not surmised,
To have them earlier analyzed
For minds to be better advised…
And what it should cost summarized
To have the inspector’s toilet standardized,
His official car customized
And reserved fruits liquidized!
All ahead of his notified inspections
With staff-dropping intentions.
Summer is always such a pleasure,
Summer is always a treasure.
Summer days that came and went,
Summer almost God sent.
Summer sun hot to behold.
Summer that is pure gold.
Summer beautiful to see,
Summer just for you and me.
Summer swims in a supervised lake,
Summer a picnic with a delicious cake.
Summer sing and dance,
Summer a good time too take a chance.
Summer a walk with a handsome friend,
Summer days without end.
