The edifice of happiness,

Is:

Conceived,

Designed,

Built

And 

Maintained

By

Wisdom

And 

Supervised by unselfishness 

Could 

Withstand the test of time!

It's worthy to ponder once again, sire, this metaphor of edifice applied to happiness. Only now did I realize that the root word of 'edifying' is edifice. All the requisite stages you mentioned are certainly a must too for wisdom. It is closely associated with happiness, right sire? Bless you for being you! 7. hugs!

Nice expressions, Demetrios. It's the "Maintained by Wisdom" that causes us to stumble. Knowledge is wasted if we don't have the wisdom to apply it properly. You, sir, are wise.
