Free Bird
The bird spurns to me,
And then gone somewhere on tree,
Where it can eat free....

The Isolated Lovers
Day and nights delicate embrace
That moment one becomes another
Fortune never favours their meet
night seems lost within grief
day spurns time in haste...

Life's Angles
Absurdity undisputedly does ambush our quest for jollity
But so,too,do glamour and the euphoria that attend our world
Clashes with a world that spurns to surrender meaning
Dating the perverse option may curtail, yet
Every cloud has a silver lining....

New Seeds
What you ask me to deny,
I in many ways affirm

The truth will not belie
what your apprehension spurns

Believing in myself
and the voice that speaks within

I cast new seeds into the air
—and beckon the four winds

The Softest Sound
Follow the footsteps in the snow. Down that path: Dare you go? Sprint around the twists and turns; Find the cove that sunlight spurns. There you'll find your love alone. "Why?" Are the words she shall moan. Then Death will lift her from the ground: Dying words are the softest sound.

Money On the Matriarch
She is insatiable;predatory
In business always valedictory
Sees no conflict of interest in her position
Spurns financial disclosure requisition

She strides like a colossus, speedily
Eating smaller fry greedily
Using as an opportunity every disrupter
Allowing nothing or nobody to be an interrupter...

Valentine Limerick For Dw
Valentine Limerick- for DW

As I shared all my poetic emotions with you,
Change of inspiring avatar was a blunt in the blue,
Broken heart spurns to beat,
Misconstrues your intent of deceit,
To the flightless birds, can you bid adieu ??

Granddaughter pets it
  Grandson sweats it

Neighbor buys it
  Friend tries it
Doctor eyes it
  Chef fries it

You feel it
  I peel it
We deal it
  God seals it...

When She Spurns
I have seen this before
A fledgling spark stifled
At birth

I have been here before
When mused words trifled
With no worth

When my knees gingerly fell to the floor
Softly they begged and shuffled
At the slamming door

And I sought the windy south
But the spark waxed weak and worn
Two lovers stood lorn

A spurned poet, and a petulant muse...

Premium Member He Who Delivers
God of the universe, God of love,
 yearns in sorrow.

Man, created in his own image,
spurns his love,
pushes aside his words.

Even the knell,
conveyed in aquatic tongue,
rests on closed ears.

His ultimate roar becomes a whisper
in the hearts of men: Sin and death
have now been crushed.

He who believes,
may yet be redeemed.
