play; keeping my moves at bay.
I hope I'm making myself clear,
or steering some away. Never
expect more, than you give. Greed
is pure void, never filled! Taught
many years before. Splitting hairs
with someone, it's all in good fun.

WRITE ON!
weaving threads of half remembered sadness
to mend a cloak of fears
wrapping twisting webs of whispers
wet with long forgotten tears
They sit and mumble to each other
trying to listen as they rock
Eyes asquint through lowered lashes
They rest a spell from idle talk
The magic of the passing moments
Marked with slowly rocking chairs
Rolling on in murmured cadence
Three aging sisters splitting hairs
I love you
most precious jewel
In the first kiss
after absence is to be told
As long
as the stars remain above you
When love kisses
eternity glows
striking the very earth moving
Remains above you
Crowning in your own world
In one moment
splitting hairs in time
Pure is the legend of a vision
promises to dance always

How often
I do just that
Splitting hairs to enter
Another dimension
Leaving me both here
And there, driving the streets
Of abstract convention
Where traffic lights are blue
And the tomorrows are
No longer new and are known
For abstruse pretention
Everyone seems to know my name
When they think they see me in
This other form
And then I’m gone again
In the split of a thoughts
