With God

With God-
All things are possible
With God-
All things are possible
With God-
All things are possible

Because nothing-
Is impossible with God

   She's magisterial material
Though she's not on a box of cereal
     'Tomorrow' she's sung
     Her curly locks stun

The Morning Song

Among the morning dark
I hear her song like meadow lark
Wake by ring in whispers sung
Within my head, pass hours tune
At dusk, her touch, her warmth, her hug
As lips asunder lyrics song “Husband, I love you”

Soft Lullaby

it's alright
it's okay
i love you anyway

you're so pretty
cute little kitty
make all your pains go away

my little friend
love til the end
make all the things right

just you wait
it's never too late
hush and sleep tonight

Bright Day

It's a bright day with you Lord
Standing by my side,
Nothing can stand
in my way Lord,
Because of your shining light

You take away my fear Lord
Because I prayed to you
I want to say I've run this race
and finished what I had to do

Silly Willy

Silly Willy with a worm
Had a pocket that would squirm

A Silly Willy was this boy
His pocket worm brought him joy

Don't mistake him for a toy
He is handsome and so coy

Silly Willy's naughty worm
Growing bigger makes girls squirm~

Twinkle Twinkle Little Star

Twinkle twinkle little star,
what a precious gem you are.
Sparkling diamond in the night,
high up in the sky so bright.

Twinkle twinkle little star,
I will make a wish by far.
Then drift off fast to sleep,
my wish I hope you will keep.

Premium Member Why Do I Go on Singing

Why do I go on singing song after song? Because the times I have been most alive in my life are those precious moments I spend, well, just loving you, sweet Susan, just loving you.
Christopher M. Swan, “Song of Susan,” 2008

Song of the Poor

Let’s rock and roll
But keep in mind
Peace is the goal!

Play the music
Every beat
Will be magic!

Don’t miss the chance
Come and join us
Let’s sing and dance!

Our enemy
Is nothing but
Our poverty!

If you are rich
Our request is
Show kindness please!

He Stooped Down

He stooped down
And made me
He stooped down
And raised me
He stooped down
And helped me along, along-

He stooped down
And saved me
He stooped down
And raised me
He stooped down
And helped me be strong, be strong- (Chorus)

He stooped down...

Need a Life

When Christ- who is our Life-
Shall appear-
We'll be caught up~ to meet Him
In the air-
And our glory hid with God
In Jesus Christ-
Shall be revealed
When we appear with Him
In Eternal Life (Chorus)

Some people think we need a life...

Serpent

bask in the rays of the morning
joy in the rays of the sun
glory is ever returning
the earth and the heavens are one
pain is only a warrning
pleasure , a measure of truth
restrict not your true will's yearning
for then you will ever be doomed

Rhyme

This poem of mine
it will rhyme
it is only
a matter of time
A thought in the motion
without any commotion
writing is my devotion
just an exercise
Sit back and relax
And enjoy the ride
relax your mind
and give me some time
read my poem
and enjoy the rhyme

Doubt

You're in a time of doubt?
Need a hand to get out?
Take my hand

I've been there before
Felt sadness to the core
I'll help you out

Keep going, you're almost there
I won't let your soul tear
Because of this sadness

You'll make it out
I don't even have a doubt
In you, darling

Minuet Dream

Oh, save me a dance
Sweet lady of mine
Oh, save me a dance this eve
I wish to glide
Dance floor, we’ll slide
Then dreams come true
I believe

Oh, save me a kiss
Sweet lady of mine
Oh, save me a kiss this eve
I wish to taste
Though not in haste
Then from me a kiss
You’ll receive

It's Time To Sleep

I am sleeping
I am dreaming

In the world Far away

I am hoping
I am dying

But I could live another day

I am sleeping
Soundly
Please
Don't disturb me

I am sleeping
Peacefully
Please
Stay away from me

I am sleeping
I am hoping
I am dreaming

That I could be free...

Rise To Shine

O God of love
          and power,
   Your power disclose,
   That as Christ arose,
        I too may arise
              to shine.

       O God of love
         and power,
  Show forth your power,
     In us your Church,
   That as Christ arose,
      We too may arise
            to shine.

What I Call Home

Brought in close by those I love,
     during greatest times of need.
Home is not a place, but a feeling.
Surrounded by tender family and good
    friends, even if far apart.
I am comforted by their love.
Strengthened by the peacefulness.
A resting place from the turmoil of worlds.
That is what I call home.

My Lord

VI.	I am serving my Lord. I am worshiping my Lord. My father, my Master, my Lord.

CH.	I bow down to my Lord. I honor You, my Lord. King of kings, Lord of lords, my
Lord.

VII.	My Lord, my Lord. The one who’s always watchin’ me, My Lord.

(bridge)	God is my Lord, God is my Lord. My rock, my shield, my Lord.

Schlaunter

Spring paints so many shades and hues of green
I swear she's Erin born
dancing mad till lazy Summer's sun
she's gone before she's e'er begun
the aftertaste of her laughing taunting teasing fling
makes winter's long cold torture easy on my soul of souls
pipes and strings and songs to sing
she greenly springs on eire

Sometimes You Want To Get Away

Sometimes you want to get away
You want to see a better day
Things just aren't goin your way
And you want to say so long
To everything that's gone wrong
We've all been there
And we know it's like to think that nobody cares
You'll make it, I'll make sure
That you get through
Don't give up, you'll be okay
Tommorow will be better anyway

Until I'M Touched

Poverty striken
starving in the night
history critical to me
until I lose sight
let me embrace your heart
under starlit engagement
undisarrayed gorgeous gaze
holding our love sacred
through songfelt dismay
charismatic glance
displayed
though were in pain
today
remain humane
don't judge the Lord
until I'm touched
love cry no more

Rhythm and Blues
Makes you want to move
   to the beat, BEAT
      Tap your FEET
          Move your hips
            Gyrate
         Vibrate
      Dip
   Twirl
You're on top of the world (with muzik)

Rhythm and Blues
You're a muse
   Making things happen
      Just by tappin
         Your FEET
            to the BEAT
