Superior Snobs

Hey guys, I've never seen any
With tricks so silly but not funny
Like you, giggling buddies.
You put an act of goodies
But I guess that airs are phony.

perhaps we are effete snobs
though we fete our snobbery honestly

we lie and cheat our way to A's and B's
leave for fools those 'gentleman's C's'

Premium Member Always be the real you

Her ability to be true to herself frightened teachers and snobs
She had a pet python named Tang, his nickname was Sobs.
Always be the real you was her motto, her mantra and her song.
She despised mean people; if they were around, she would not hob-nob.

School War

They were snobs. They hated us, We hated them. There was a fight. We won, they cried. We had blood all over us. They had more blood. Someone pulled a gun on one of us. I got in the way. They took me to the hospital where I died. I died in peace, the school war had ended.

You act so proper and proud
Thinking you're better than the rest of us
But up here no snobs are allowed
So there's just one thing left to say
Hey you, get of my cloud!

 Your words are a sham
 Your comments are rude
You have the manners of a pig
And you look like one too
So there's just one thing left to say
Hey you, get off my cloud!

Premium Member Mean Girl

I've posted a piece, called "mean girl," that's longer than the poetry section allows.

In the "Short Story" section.

I know I could take things out - to make the piece shorter and force it to fit in the poems section - but that length seems arbitrary. *shrug*

Premium Member Dreadful Hardship

Daring people with an imperfection in their stars I was hit back by jerks who left me with many scars. They are often harmed as a piece of their giving regards I had no idea they are used to look for power and starves. These disastrous people are without snobs. You'll always be unable to haul them out of their snarls.

Snobs

Snobs
Snobs
For Erline

You are looking down your snoot.
Hating me and wanting to shoot.
Me dead from a bullet to the heart.
I am already from being apart.
From you.
Quietly I pry my way back.
Back into the light,
of my day.
I miss you no longer.
Two years is enough.
I do not think you were
even worth that.

The Worst Job Ever

Oh, how I want a job
So no one thinks I'm a slob
Because I don't rob
Too qualified to deck swab
But I'm just a blob
Hitting computer knobs
Taking phone calls, no prob
Makeup on, mascara to daub
Turning key fobs
To interview with snobs
Who don't choose me, sob
Depressed, eat corn cob
My forehead throbs
Where are you God?!
No matter, keep resume's lobbed
Just another in the mob!

Premium Member Road Trip

R ambling on down a road that leads to nowhere
O ther people passing on their way to dead-end jobs
A llways looking for that elusive road less travelled
D etours sending us past another mansion owned by snobs

T raveling across the country without a map nor destination
R elying on our whims to guide us each new day
I ndependence is a town and our behavioral objective
P lenty of room in our van if you want to join us along the way

Damned By the Crown

Welfare's a little
too cheap for their jobs.
Blaming their leaders
whom we would call snobs.

Government money kept
by those higher.
Never sent down
that welfare acquire.

Starved of our money
while taxed to our spite.
Jobs for these hypocrites:
governed in blight.

Wages unfair
for government work.
Salaries so high
they're debts for a clerk.

Power above
that's not coming down.
Money not shared
and damned by the Crown.
