Jean-Honore Fragonard
with paint was quite a card
Cheeks & bosoms all had a place
in sidelong glances in passionate embrance
Starlit sky is here again
Looking back and looking in
My favorite moon has always been
A sliver like a sidelong grin
when was it then did I decide
With just little touch of pride
To look upon the brighter side
With manly eyes that only cried
Alone
waxing
at her sidelong glance
sun, fear of falling in love
blushes hides and sets
full
enthroned blissfully
on chariot of fair lambs
in her bridal charm
waning
rubbing shoulders with
the hard haughty hazy sky
she grows weak and thin
19 July 2021
Sidelong the sun beats
in warm pan where loves
naturally happen
Mature love between
apples and peaches,
and looks of pure flirtation
grapes and cherries ...
Nothing carnal ,,,
pictorial
only ...!
leave me
in my solitude
to enjoy the silence
let myself
float on
a peaceful river
I lend my petal’s ear
to the wave
and enjoy it’s lullaby
a moment
my longing begins to languish
the sidelong glances of beetles and butterflies
in my park’s hustle
I hope to pick up early dawn
greet the dew
and feel their coolness
glance at
sea breeze
impassioned in longing
bring me back
to my garden
where I belong to
and sit there
as a silent rose
