Rising from dead gray ash remnants
Unforeseen spark of something
A joyful life of abundance
Dancing in her own heart string.
Floating magical fairy upon a water lily,
Blessing all of the living beings deep within a pond,
Casting spells of rejuvenation with flickerings of her wand.
WINTER’S RELEASE
Rejuvenation from Winter’s cold clasp
Unwind scarves, store coats, warm hearts
Pollyanna petals

forlorn beach awaits
high tide of life, reclaiming
wasted stones, sands
bringing back boats
loaded with catch of happiness
prosperity, festivity, longivity

eclipsing the sun and sky ~
ushers winter’s end
the orioles sing
songs of rejuvenation ~
for spring’s genesis

November 12, 2023.
the rain will pour relentlessly
washing away the sins of day
waves roll down my street
echoing triumph of the new world
cold air and back-splash reaches me
reminders that i am not as exception to this washing
Respite…
Blessed divine break
Great rejuvenation
Blissful rest* from the God of work
Gracious!

Springtime magic prances forth happily
Dances her joy on heels of March winds
Revitalizing the forest
Explodes with color in March
Her fresh time prettiness
Rejuvenation
Verdant meadows
Vibrant leaves
Ushers
God
From banishing all nighttime fears
My inner goddess awakens
Suffused in dawn’s golden, haloed ray
Lauds homage to the primeval code
Reaffirming and rejuvenating once more
Charged to accomplish all that a new day brings
Another season in life
A time of activation
Celebration, rejuvenation
In due time
Unwind, renewal of mind
Enjoying the sunshine.
Steps in another direction
Steps for better
Steps seriously taken
Steps not forsaken.
Sun rises again
Horizon's edge warm glow
Revitalizing hope
Forgiveness and love
Gifts unconditionally
Heals the most fractured
Seeing listening
Eye contact warm expressions
Human connection
Everlasting warmth.
Floating rejuvenation -
Awaken prepared
Gather the stars and sprinkle them amongst the gaze of dreamers
Capture the sun and free it within the glow of love
Embrace the rain with tears of rejuvenation
Kiss the moon as it blushes with joy
Why is the sky blue
Because it is
Because it is
There’s nothing terrific,
About being prolific
The mind goes on overload,
But the body has really slowed
I need a vacation,
Some beach rejuvenation
In Mexico, I confess
No more, no less
Bye - Bye
Don't cry!

I need a little rejuvenation
feeling stagnant and stuck
same oh same oh
Thursday is a duplicate of Monday through Wednesday
last week I met friends for lunch
It was not much, but it was something
I need a purpose, a goal, a mission
a little rejuvenation
a hobby, something new
a good book and my cat
cushions and a faux fur throw
a nook by the window
with a view onto the city park
where birds have returned to nest
following the harsh winter
everyone's come out of hibernation
and the cycle begins
of rejuvenation life and love
AP: Honorable Mention 2025
The resounding renovation of the mind can be astounding.
With each breath I take I am but a soul yearning for redemption-
I now seek rejuvenation in the senses that healing brings.

Rejuvenation,
A Festival of colors-
Flowers and laughter!
Holi is an ancient festival of India,
heralding the Vasanta-ritu, the commencement
of the Spring season, a festival of merrymaking.

Springtime
Hue on display
Moment of refreshing
There's an uptake of nutrients
Trees spread out their healthy and joyful boughs
Season of rejuvenation
Harbinger of newness

Beauty in the gray head
bitten by time
effortless it comes
changing the body
gray and very aged
limbs becomes feeble
eyes are myopic
strength eludes and feeling musty
obsessed with the idea of rejuvenation
the old prays to be young
the young prays for old age
life have it own way
old age is a gift
G et out and allow your feet to kiss sweet Mother Earth
R aise your vibration and nurture your self-worth
O ut and far away from stagnant energy
U nderneath your feet lie negative ions that are brimming with vitality
N ow vigor and newness mirthfully abound
D detoxification and rejuvenation from fertile ground
delight and hope resonate into my truth
I am glad I stopped at this seer's table today
This card was the one I was hoping to see
Out of all the cards, it is an optimistic healer
Renewal and rejuvenation are within my reach
My spirit leaps with a joy I had not seen for awhile
i feel inspired to reinvent myself now
Thank you Star
All happens for a reason.
We meet whose who we so like.
We dance, love, commit treason
With tingling energy spike.
One door has got to be shut
For another to open.
Else your guts would slowly rot
In wooden box that's oaken.
Let your tired soul freely fly,
Go through rejuvenation.
He would watch you from the sky
And grant you revelation.
Rejuvenation, when heard your voice
You make me feel so young
Your lovely voice and gentle tone
Are like songs, just always sung
I hear within, your sexy way
And that loving is a must
But yet my dear, I cannot help
My overpowering lust
For I must have you, when the chance
To take you then, my sweet
Oh, yes, I hunger just for you
As you shall be my treat
Burned out?
Tired out?
Turned out?
Fire out?
Time for a quiet time
In a quiet place,
For relaxation
And meditation.
Refresh
Renew
Refurbish
Your soul.
