Pull Me

If I raise up my hands
   to God,
   then He shall fill them.
He will grab my hands
       will pull me up
   from the muck of evil.
So I believe.
So I live.

Waxy Winter

stand so lethargic
alyssum and ash aster ---
as though half dead could not live

they raise up their heads
as though in resurrection ---
embellishing Jesus white

Autumn Song I

We raise up to the place,
We’re reaching the time,
On the place, when the dream wakes up
In the moment, where the reality will fall asleep
In a dark shadow, a cradle,
blinds the ridges
With bright cloud,? cover
darkens the lake.

Wisdom

Stillness
                                    Hushed in whispers
                                    Quietly falling snow
Boughs in prayer raise up to the sky
                                          Wisdom

The Kitchen

Endless mountains now
reach for the sky.
Tis the season for it
so torrential downpours begin.

Rushing creeks form
and the deepest gorges overflow.
Waterfalls agitate the murky depths
and raise up whitest foam.

	A desolate land
	destroyed by breakfast.

Good Morning

Every morning I wake up,
Put off my candle of dreams and raise up
my hopes though my thoughts whirl,
like a happy-go-lucky sort of girl.

Chirping birds on my window, flowers that bloom
in pots, the morning dew freshens up my room.
Then the sunlight comes to me cheering,
strucks my eyes and wishes me "GOOD MORNING"

Indian Woman

K-iss the rain goodbye,
I-t's a lovely Saturday;
M-ist and haze are gone, as well as fog fades away.

C-old chill March eleventh
H-as vanished into thin air;
I-n the brewing storm,
Q-uest for a fine weather.
U-nderneath the blue sky,
I-t's a burning beacon;
L-et the flag raise up high,
L-et the Indian woman go
O-n.

A New Beginning

Tears of sadness tears of joy.

Tears of the father for the

compassionate flow from

his perfect loving son.

Times of sadness times of joy.

Time for the father to raise up

the son glorified and truly

beautiful.

An end to sadness tremendous joy.

A new beginning from the father to

many sons, beyond wonderful.

Open Spaces

Come out of the closet
come out of the rooms
filled with the gloom
I'm out of the caves and jacket tombs
 cut down those trees
on the move those condemned houses
remove the planks from around your hearts
raise up the blinds
so you can see out be forgiven
like Grace is come walk in open spaces

Tear by tear

Tear by tear
I'm building myself
and I'm going above
of what you expect
and I'm climbing the wall
of your disrespect
and I'm seeing the world
with my own mindset.

Tear by tear
I'm leaving you behind
and I'm finding the way
to raise up high
where nobody can
catch my flight
to bring me down again
in this life.

Tear by tear...one more time

I Get the Gist of This

I get the GIST OF this EXPERIENCE
Make it known! From my FINGER to
My THONE! Yes! I get it! Life?
I get it. Many times it IS merciless
And unforgiving. And I get it. Keep your
Priorities in check. Do not ever
NEGLECT the introflect. I GET THE GIST
OF THIS EXPERIENCE CALLED LIFE.
That IS the GIST OF THIS!! WAIL UP
WILD OUT!! RAISE UP! MOVE ON!
THAT IS the WAY.

My Childlike Eyes

These childlike eyes will make you smile...
Lift your heart up to the sky,if only for a while...

These childlike eyes can steal your pain...
Raise up your dreams and keep you sane...

These childlike eyes have a different view...
The colors are bright and the words remain true...

These childlike eyes do cry at times...
But they disappear on paper with my rhymes...

My Grandma

Oh so many years
have passed her by
Watching us grow
watching some die.

Still standing strong
over a hundred years now
She seen lots of fields grow
many she helped plow.

She is our foundation
and wiser than most
So I raise up my Bible
To her we must toast.

I love you Grandma Julia
from the bottom of my heart
You will always be loved
for never shall we part.

Spring

These moments,
This pregnant Pause,

the birds start to sing louder
and louder,

miracles start to seem
Possible again.

From the dark cold of winter
I stand in this space,

This space where the snow queen
hands back her palace,

For a moment,
This pregnant pause,

where sunlight comes back,
to check,

To check

what it may raise up
again.

The Brazen

The spirit whispers,
fall upon deaf ears.
They wonder greatly,
our unfounded fears.
Raise up your courage,
there is ground to stand.
You may not conquer,
but may shake their hand.
The difficult things,
that make who we are.
The enlightenment,
that makes up a star.
Old men live the past,
remember the day.
When they saved the world,
then went out to play!

Life Is Hard

Life is hard
but not so far,
dreams comes true,
need to speed up ur car.
Ups nd downs
Jerks nd jolts
Let's tighten up ur belt,
don't you knelt
moves round round
on the life's ground.

Once you win
raise up their chin
praises of kin
those people made din.

Life is a test
do your best,
Problems nd miseries
not little bit
let's think over it
work like a kid
to get rid of it.

The Mosaics In You

Bidding a fond adieu,
To silliness and harmful jokes.
After all, in the end, we have
hearts and are all human folks.

It's cheap and easy, and shows
the soul that lives in thee.
Empty and rattling with pure
arrogance for humanity.

Those who you raise up doth show
the very best in you.
The multiple mosaics of God's
universe reflecting with a clarity
of view.

An Endless Journey

Waking up in the morning
Back to keep time

They never stop counting down
Never wonder why life to death, and otherwise

Life is an endless journey
Yesterday and future, pass away and raise up

Lines and curves
Are only imaginary

Life is puzzling, afterlife is moreover

But Lines and curves
Are only imaginary
Mind and soul may strike them
To find an absolute answer

Life is an endless journey

Maga Became Maggot and Did Tag It

a call had been close
after we would put on clothes
went out door we close

when we did tag it
MAGA became a maggot
applied tourniquet

would be sinister
sermon said by minister
about being spinster

what we knew for sure
increased our expenditure
for one more denture

we would meander
creating gerrymander
did raise up dander

poem would write to read
was great everyone agreed
did the dirty deed

With None

I swear don't believe what you hear
live life strong never ever in fear
here is a tissue wipe that tear
you will make it I will make it to the next year

There is just simply more to come
there is more fun no more need to run
put down the gun raise up out the slum
you were born gifted so don't be dumb

If you're hungry you should be able to come and get some
we throw away so much when there are people with none. -TA

Power

In a quiet room
 Were people wait
  For words that
   May change them

Many raise up their words
 Speak of many things
  Of life many ways
    What has touched them

Most are uneasy
 Afraid of their words
  Slow to share their lifes
   Reluctant to speak

Waiting for someone
 To speak strong words
  Who freely shares
   Words that move
One with power
 One who knows
  One who has seen

   One who fills them
