My kid is cool
A real surfer with blonde hair to match
The waves come without warning
Riding is a thrill for us all
Calm to the peak with explosive prickles
Rain or shine we ride

I wonder if we really have a choice
Love is unconditional

dirty fingers it welcomes
fat and rich hands it accepts

never rests but obeys

When a dog walker
Is walking outside
He is not alone
By his side are dogs
They are several breeds
Every day he walks
In all kinds of weather
He earns cash for this
Extra cash for school
To pay for needed books
So in rain or shine
A walk with the dogs
Several times a day
