Rain Or Shine
cloudy day
brings no gloom
for you are near
your face my silver lining
framed in glitter
from my heart
our time apart
fueling our desires
until we meet
till our bodies unite
in the fluorescent light
and you saturate
my parched soil
with long awaited rain
quenching my thirst
with each droplet
