the burdens I carry are heavy 
and weigh me down so much
Pain in everything
I see and touch
violence, turbulence
cold as ice
numbs me to my core
anger overwhelms me
to the point of no return
the life I live I want no more

The last walk into the sunset

The point of no return comes suddenly,
and without a whit of subtlety,
saying: I told you at the start
that blaggard has a darkened heart,
and no amount of rosy coloring 
will stop his faithless plundering;
and still you go running back for more!

Destroying myself I can’t stop,
stop binging on these septic thoughts;
Thoughts that fertilize such numbness,
numbness that’s bent on destroying;

Destroying but I’m still sober,
sober never eases the aches;
Aches that erupt my breaking point,

on the path you chose?
Are you thankful even
despite all your woes?

Do you realize love
is all that really matters,
but desire for great wealth
will leave you in tatters?

Can you let go hate
and forgiveness learn?
Bright light you will see then
at the point of no return.

It feels like I’m sinking,
falling deep into a mass of sadness.
I try to swim,
to get back up to the surface.
I can’t breath,
I’m suffocating.
I’m falling deeper,
and deeper,
into this depressing mass.
I try to call for help,
but nothing comes out,
as I just go deeper,
drowning in this sorrow,
to the point of no return.

Is humanity from disaster away

But keeps destroying the planet 

Till life to Man's whims falls prey*

I have so much bad luck
That I need to duck
But it comes so fast, I do not have the time to
