Flour and oil are running out
So are bread and butter
It’s been one pestilence of drought
Which causes wizened grass to flutter.
Nobody should be hugging, if you please;
We brought it with us from when chimpanzees.
Kissy lips is a humanity trait;
But humans ain’t, for the planet, so great.

Earth
Unexpectedly
Rocked
Sun darkened
Moon dimmed its light
Stars
Falling
From heaven
Famine
Pestilence
The designing of sorrow
Seems like the end
My lawyer is screwed.
Tense from Trump Pestilence
The thought of Trump made us tense;
He kept bugging us with his pestilence;
We must tattle;
Losing battle;
For it never received any recompense.
Jim Horn
all the headlines
such a bore
yesterday's news
always the same
war, pestilence
earthquake and fire
a baby is born
someone expires
coffee cup in hand
I bring the paper in
wet, from morning rain
Hollow engulfs every form
Asperity becomes the norm
Pestilence scars the face of humanity
Poverty is in the soul, help us Almighty…
Yes, Happiness is but an illusion…
(May you live in one forever )
Fields Found Full of Pestilence
Fields were found to be full of pestilence;
Crops died and only thing left is silence,
And was agreed,
Buy more seed;
But many bugs existed on every fence.

It is my turn to face the flame
The darkest fire
Her wrath of penance
The woe from my pestilence
An evil army of deadly words
Damnation to finally pay
it leaves a sour taste in the mouth
I am now ended

Pestilence, Poverty, War and Disease
sweep this world with valiant ease.
They ride again as once long before,
hoping that they wont come anymore.
Humanity has its minutes counted,
As the horsemen have already departed.
Ahh
The ever allure
Ehh
The absence
Perhaps permits
To pestilence
Ehh
In the eyes of this wild
Luxurious way
Never be blind
Permit by persistence
Perchance a permitance
In luck and happenstance
To live this life luxuriously
Salvation rises,
from the depths
of the unsure
Its light ablaze,
exposing fear
it must cure
Redemption hovers,
death’s pestilence
below
Casting all there reborn,
in eternity’s
glow
(Villanova Pennsylvania: December, 2016)
Moonless night under a cloudy sky
The shades of gray upon my skin
Solitude creeps so high
On the hues of brown and green
The only sound is deafening silence
Despair is sickle that rips the heart
Emptiness is like pestilence
That rips the soul apart
Shave the devil naked
get that tail between his legs
Leave him bald and impotent
all passion left in dregs
Fleece this vile pestilence
in the flames his fate ensnared
Shear what he embraces most
— temptations curse laid bare
(Dreamsleep: December, 2023)
The New Year
like a blank page
appears before me
Brings hope
that new days
dawn in peace,
Not clouded
by divisiveness
by pestilence
That body, soul, and spirit
will be in 2021
finally, free …
2020 will be irretrievably gone
forever!
As easy as the air you breathe but can't see.
Blind to the airless suffocation.Speechless for your last breathe. Gasping to be cleansed choking to death. The lights dim then bright again. Wasn't the first time. Won't be the last.Do you feel the routine of pestilence.

To live in the embraces of
of self-love
means
letting go
of the toxicity–
of the negativity–
of the disillusion–
of the fear–
and of the doubt.
All of these at one point
make us feel safe,
but the truth is
they will ensnare worth
like pestilence ensnaring breath.
Fatherhood is a serious job,
There is no time to slack off or to be a slob,
It requires tenacity and due diligence,
Indifference could cause children to be
plagued with all sorts of pestilence,
Fathers have to be stalworth and strong
in order to keep their children
from doing wrong.
Salvation rises,
only from the depths
of the unsure
Its light ablaze,
exposing fear
while pronouncing the cure
Redemption hovers,
over death and its
pestilence below
Casting all there reborn,
in the warmth
of eternity’s glow
(Villanova Pennsylvania: December, 2016)
O, break your bread and pour your wine
don't fast on my behalf
you'll not find me in grain nor grapes
nor peering from the golden calf
that tempts you look away
I am your shame,
the baker of unleavened will
the tainted hutzpah on your mind
a pestilence upon your pity
a barrier between you and the all divine
Under water drowned
Gone with the wind
Under rubble buried
And by pestilence effaced
Smitten by a ferocious storm
Civilizations go into oblivion!!

The sun is shining
The shoots are erupting
The flowers are blooming
The butterflies are twirling
The sad old earth
Is brimming with mirth
like wayward thoughts,
in swirling swarm,
dark pestilence
from nowhere
suddenly descends
upon verdant farms,
darkening the summer
noonday sky;
hapless, helpless,
whole villages
scramble, stumble,
trying to fan
smoky embers
of hastily built bonfires,
to stoke torches' failing flames,
ah, frantic futility!
