Fruit in every bite.
From love to hate with this treat in sight.
Flavorful as you open it up each night.
Funky by some standards don't take flight.
Fall brings it in for Christmas with pretty lights.
Fancy nuts make it crunchy with delight.
Famous worldwide satisfying many an appetite.

A book is something I do not understand said Mom.
I do a little bit said the daddy opossum, we call Tom.
Let’s open it up and see what it does, junior suggested.
Baby opossum began reading it, and it was fairly congested.
Full of adjectives, nouns, verbs, and the like, read by Cheddy.
He will go to kindergarten next year, and he is totally ready.

Premium Member OUR HOUSE

May we be blessed to understand in our house everywhere we look
every floor, every wall, every room is like a chapter in a treasured book

And even once they’re grown…
If this house was written with love, understanding and compassion

There will come a time every now and then…

When…just like that treasured book
our children will open it up…
to revisit it again.

The Quality Within Me

The quality that is within me
To see it I had to find the key
Open it up and take a look
It was like a mystery book

So I opened the book and began to read
I was amazed by a single seed
That was planted in me one day
But it wasn't watered so it withered away

Then I read on and began to see
Other qualities within me
Qualities that are possibilities
As long as I never lost the key

Locksmith

the key to love is letting go
still i don't wanna pin you down
that quiet click'll let you know
and i'll turn your love around

i got the key right here
i got the jimmy to your heart
i'm gonna turn your tumbler
gotta fit to your key part

maybe you feel stuck tight
can't open up for awhile
don't worry now, it's alright
we'll open it up and smile

oil for the spring's the thing
to open what the futures bring

Premium Member Bad News Clip

I opened my email list
and was quickly surprised to learn,
from Allison and Tim

A BIT OF BAD NEWS:
Some bad news, Gerald,
Senator Murphy is short...

I didn't bother to open it up
to read the entire message
because I know the Senator is taller than most of us
even when both feet are firmly planted
on his platform floor.

I'm sure I would remember Allison and Tim
if we were on a first name basis
And
I know fake news
when I almost see it.

Words and Writing

Where would I be without my dictionary?
Open it up to
Read and then try to remember
Discoveries made to use in my next
Sentence.

Aaah, easier said than done!
Nevertheless, I persist ...
dictionaryitis (not an entry) having struck

without warning!!
Romping (smile)
Into
The Z's
Is an experience
Not needing to often be repeated or,
Gaining much more than a Yawn (from the preceding letter)
when zzzzzzz's (as in nap time) are in store for me now !!

Beautiful Sky

its the most beautiful sky
ive ever seen
the grass the deepest evergreen
yet theres one cloud ive seen before
and now its back to rain and pour
i start to panic as old insecurities set in
that i wanna bask in the rain
thats the nievest sin
but then i realize
i have in my hand
a new safer umbrella
to help me stand
so i open it up so beautiful and strong
knowing it was there all along
i dont get a drop on my new found skin
knowing the umbrellas here
if it should rain again.

Hidden Beauty

Unveil the curtain that hides your inner self.

Let the world see the beauty within you.

For true beauty is hidden in each and everyone of us.

It is like a gift on Christmas day.

We don't know what we will get until we open it up.

Open your gift and let your beauty be shown.

For somethings can be bad in life but have a beautiful covering.

So unveil the curtain now and let us see your true beauty.

For a light will then shine brightly from your heart announcing a great arrival.
