Soon we'll be all settled in our new abode

I speak to them
I sit next to them
What appears to be still limbs
No smiles, only in place do they stand
Yet they seem to no longer
Appeal to the unreserved face of this man
I no longer bother to greet them
Should I
It’s become a non movable film

A fool you are
that can be kind
that can be honest
when even clergy
prostrate at your feet
due to your powers

that can be humble
when whole nation
when whole army
adore you as excellent
to honor and win favor
A fool you are
if you leave power poor
with all resources
minerals, national treasury
movable, immovable assets
lie at your mercy
