Swivel
Scribble down those madding
     Sharp scars of a cut
On those sliced, finish-manufactured lumber
So you can make some sense of it all.

Note: It's a note....

3 Senryu
wineglass in my hand
I retire to window ledge
far from madding crowd.

faint polite laughter
bane drunken conversations
will not touch me here.

a lone gorgeous man
relentless eyes pursue me
distance keeps me safe.

Crashing Waves Flowing
To Marina From Vulcan

crashing waves flowing
spraying the sunset
our love ignites lies

To Vulcan From Marina

love so intense, hot
fire consuming me completely
into the sea i flee
from madding affection ; these
lies i hide behind easy...

Mad Hue Smites
Mystique in that smile,
Ardency in those eyes,
Delicacy in porcelain skin,
Honesty in her voice,
Uniqueness in her spirit,
Soul in her passion,
Mystery again in gestures,
Intricacies in her flaws and perfections,
Tenderness accentuates in all of her,
And again, her madding Mystique....

Must Remember
MUST REMEMBER

Yes I wandered lonely as a cloud
Bareskinned there far from the madding crowd
With no clothes as in naturism,
Rememb’ring as in plagiarism
Stealing others’ words is not allowed

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. .

Slaves To Social Media
Have we opened up Pandora's
box
That we can't now seem to
close
Secrets don't stay on the block
The price of progress I suppose

We have become a world of
voyeurs
Engrossed in other peoples
dreams
Debutantes celebutaunts
posers
Athletes, actors and queens.

Enemies, frenemies bffs
Who crave the madding crowd
Who appear to live with no
regrets
Except no negative vibes
allowed....

Red Squirrel
Red Squirrel

Early morning sunlight,
Serenity and peaceful dawn,
Alone ‘cept the company of Songbirds,
Red Squirrel appears to yawn.
Woodland path, springtime dell,
Away from the madding crowd,
Natures world of spirituality,
Chaos here forbidden and disallowed.
Prissy to say Magical Forest,
But it’s true, joy on Earth right here.
Leaving behind 21st Century madness,
This life so far and yet so near....

365
Think of me; once in a year,
A single day
The Whole 24 hour
Picture a beautiful perfect world
With bright blue sky
Or a romantic rainy day
Wear your sublime smile
The way I always see you in my eyes

For a Single day
Away from the madding crowd
Where we can sing out aloud

For A single day
Please be gentle, merciful, soft & kind
Beloved for you my love is blind
Not only for a day
Every second of 365 days you are on my mind...

If You Can'T Believe Without Seeing
you really haven't grasped the meaning of believe
me myself i am deity curious
my faith lasting
till my first thought
if your out there
stop reading my thoughts
any back to just us two
so don't get me wrong
i like the look of religion
just not close to the madding crowds
i like the ifs
but my trusts are all but gone
won't bow my head
eyes unrespecting
Stories good but a little long
Bagsy the next chapter
Proving it wrong
an idiots guide to religion
for we are many...

The Locked Green
Of darkest cobalt green
Barred bolted
Contents unseen
I stare

Wondering

Two small holes
Unlock treasure
Lighting the coals
Of my imagination
I move

Slowly

By seven feet, does it stand proud
Towering over the madding crowd
With a cobalt green shroud

Three feet wide
With two doors
Getting closer
I pause

Breathing

It’s guard has come
I scurry back
Peering up to see
The doors now open

Yet all inside is but dead wood
Naught to think
The flame dies
I sit in knowledge

The green doors slam....
