Premium Member They Say This Too Shall Pass
They say "This too shall pass"
it helps me to stay sane
right now we need the sunshine
but all we've got is rain

An all encompassing virus
earthquakes everywhere
storms are crumbling levies
our world is full of fear

Recovery's what we hope for
many things have changed

Premium Member Wild Rainstorms
Unbearable heat;
My hormones mix with your sweat
mingling as one;

Earnest thunder roars;

But that’s ok we have seen it all before
As once again the skies start to pour
Just when you think its over you should know
The true flood comes with the melting snow...

Premium Member Love Levies A Toll
Once pierced by Cupid's arrow, love's the only thing you feel. For Hope banishes all pain to the fringes of real. As euphoria floods in, sparks spontaneously start. And a warm sensation stirs; in the cockles of your heart. Forged upon desire's anvil; fantasies burn hot as coal. And tides of hope surge and ebb; in a lonely heart and soul. Freed by the passage of time; anxieties drift away. And though love levies a toll, it's one that hearts gladly pay.
