oh god is this choice
                       ~
taking a huge leap of faith
              only to abstain

Into Unknown

Live a little, or leave it all?
A time to run, or time to crawl?
A leap of faith risks falling short,
But when we fail, we grow: we're taught.

Leap of faith

Most of them call it a mistake
To go back to the one that I pushed away
But if 'the one' is really You,
I like to call it a leap of faith

Walking through fire to get to the other side,
Feelings of despair and hope coincide.
It is a leap of faith to continue through,
Don’t look back, God has a plan for you.

Leap of Faith

For every person,
For every personality,
There’s visual perfection.
You’ve spent a long time dreaming.
You are like a trend.
Find your way
In just one step:
Take a leap of faith.

I Am On My Way

Waiting for the mornin to come
another sleepless night
time to start my day
with all the past behind
I don't know where I'll go from here
I must take a leap of faith
There is nothing worth weighing me down
I am on my way..

Autumn Leaves

They burst on the scene eager to paint the woodland and lead falls parade to inspire eyes that see and console their mothers fears then to brave the great unknown as they make that leap of faith

Because You Said I Wouldn'T

Because you said I wouldn’t,
I took this leap of faith.
Wrote this note to show to you
That some things never change.
Five long years have proved that,
Who knows you more than me?
He may have you for the moment
But
Your heart belongs to me.

LORE

Leap of faith shows a heart put right,
Odd touch can know a spark that lights;
Reach a warm flow as clear known proof,
Etch a fine glow as feel moves flight.

Cross Roads

I approach your throne my Maker
Confused and anxious about my fate
Should I take this leap of faith
Should I turn left or right
You say its not by power nor by might
but by your spirit
I am stuck at a crossroad
And I bow at the cross
Lord show me which way to go

Down This Road

My life, a leaf dropping in the rain,
A leap of faith i need to take,
My life at stake & ensuing pain,
Down the road of life, but what lane?
I live on my own body mind & soul,
What's left to be attoned?
What will happen when I'm alone?
How do i go down this road?

Swoosh

A flash of lore
A contour of light
A shadow of awe
A birth of flight

A leap of faith
A hardwood stare
A tongue smitten
A signature of air

A game to envy
A will to win
A court to rule
A child of the rim

A legend of ball
A shoe of flight
A world palmed by
A swoosh named Mike

Faith is

Faith Is.
Taking the Leap of faith.
Knowing God will give you the wings of opportunity.
Taking the climb.
Knowing God will hold your footing.
Taking the step.
Knowing God has paved your way.
Taking the drive,
Knowing God will not let your car break down.

leap of faith
vibrancy of being
suspended in animation
that moment of bliss ignition
eternity held thus in timelessness
wherein we never ever felt more alive
is the creative potential of each life pulse
ours for the asking if we but choose to vaporise

Premium Member A Leap of Faith

It takes a leap of faith

To be faithful and sleep

Don't leap at any creep

Don't leap at someone cheap

A leap of faith I took

Left vows in Papa's "Book"

Forgot the vows I took

I took a second look

A leap without the "Book"

I crept...She slept...I wept!

Leap Of Faith

Looking out
he took that step
intrepid
and risked it all

Faith to act
as his belay
one last piton
in the wall

Descent set free
in motion
a true heart
to guide him down

For love of life
and moments gone
belief once lost
—refound

Free Bird

Free as bird,
My wings spread far,
As I take a leap of faith,
I trust in myself,
To hold myself against,
Against the dangers of the world,
I trust to break free of the past,
And fly free to future,
With no regrets, with no hesitation,
I spread my wings to take a leap of faith.
Form: Ballad

Trust

Trusting you would have meant
Surrendering convictions, defeat, yielding

Trusting you would have meant
Forgiveness for past discretions, absolution, mercy

Trusting you would have meant
A leap of faith, certainty, sincerity

My heart says open up to trust
My mind says walk away

Untitled

I do not understand the errors,
In and of my ways,
I seem, I think I am lost,
The shadows and the horrors of times,
All gone by, I have failed within my own,
I have lost all that is,
The ignorance, my arrogance,
My fall, my leap of faith,
In which I lie down to fall asleep,
Never ending dreams in which I never awake

     All alone in the world
         Things can only get better

     Abandoned by family and friends
You will prevail in the end

     Battle back and jump aboard
Place yourself in the hands of the Lord

He will guide and protect you

At the Cross

Everything in life, begins at a cross.
Whether it being a decision, you choose
To crawl or to walk.
Remember you have done both, baby steps you've taken.
A giant leap of faith.
Gains a holy blessing.
He's here at the beginning, and when it comes to an end.
At the cross he will be waiting
To forgive us for all sins.

Leap of Faith

Gentle wind kindled fire
stillness voice to admire
flute that rises the fear
pointing direction clear
inconceivable time
attractions in potion divine
loosing oneself in vision
ecstasies by decision
continuance uncertainties
life’s forever little legacies
faith that firms through trials
grace and its invisible smiles

Leap of Faith

Breathe with me, one, two
there is but a single chance
I love you so much, please come through
your eyes are lost in a distance
In an instant your gone, back, so please
Breathe for the sake of Love
Your life I am watching, I need you too breathe
           synchronized in the passion
                       of us...
