Held

As he pulls you from the earth
Gods progress halted
War scorched angels sent
below to intercede
returned defeated
by the man who wont let go

Future Plans

I will be a rocket launcher he agreed.
A rocket booster I will clearly need.
Will you go to space?
Or another place?
New galaxy if aliens intercede.

SOMETIMES A HUG IS ALL YOU NEED

When someone we love is hurting
may we be blessed…not always with words to intercede…
but to realize sometimes…in that moment
a hug is all they need.

God Will Intercede When Him We Need

God For Us Will Intercede

When God we did start to need,
For us He will always intercede;
Biscuits bake;
Cake make;
How to do with Him we agreed.

When In Joy

When in joy
laugh
When in peace
praise God
When in comfort
share
When in prayer
intercede
When in distress
pray
When in difficulties
push on
When dying
repent and forgive

Critterature: A Word About the Centipede

Please don't think it odd if I intercede
On behalf of the poor lowly centipede.
Though he does get the blues
When he has to buy shoes,
He's better off than his cousin, the millipede.

Dan's Favorite Birds - 5 of 10 - Green-winged Teal

The green-winged teal is both cute and fat And likes to seek food upon a mudflat. He is known to eat a stem or a seed. When he eats maggots, should I intercede?

I Am Whom the Wicked Call Evil

Lies through the teeth,
Hands at the throat,
Free from security,
Safe behind the moat,
Last gasps of the lungs,
Eyes staring into infinity,
Above the tree I've been hung,
Begging for Him to intercede.

Need

In the estates a baby cries.
In the streets a young man dies.
In the alleys they'll sell you drugs.
In the schools kids now use guns.
In the world there's so much need
Why won't the government intercede?

Vexing Thought

Vexing Thought September 30, 2024 Miracle Man Murmurs from the womb beg, allow me a voice, who will intercede for me or give me nod? Countless argue, over rights to make this choice? Many believe this right remains with God.

American Beauty

American Beauty can do everything,

from graduating High School,

 intercede.

Judge kindly,

love,

 multitask,

never overlooking passion.

Qualified referee,

singing tolerance.

Universal value,

warmhearted Xanthippe,

yapping zealously!

To Intercede the Importunate

Having fissioned the mind
To intercede the importunate
And petitioned wisdom inside
Idle and dissipated
As tremendous illusions
pervades the soul
The unsurpassed revolt of
capitulated distortions
A percussion of thoughts
That solicits affectations of such

The Divine Gift

A quickened prayer whispered by one
Said in the Spirit’s unknown tongue.
Reaching a desperate dire heart,
The sudden blessing to impart.
As angels move upon some need
God’s loving grace will intercede.

Primeness

Listen to poem:
Primeness
David J Walker

When there was only the
Night and
	The moon
And us

And we drank the light
From far away stars

And you were glow
And I was vision

	Sent to intercede
In the reflection of

	A certain
Perceived form

Of passions perfection

Within the primeness of
An imperfect world

Serenity

Say the word
again,
and it is yours.
The plain
is wider than the mind,
consuming every fall.
Surrender breaks like dawning,
like the flowers in the night
that make no claim upon the light.
Just now,
no world may intercede;
you are at rest,
complete,
and peace proclaims its monarchy
upon a restless valiance.

And say no word at all.

Dawn

Travail is what binds us,
The broken hearts we share--
And so it is we travel thus
In longing and despair.
Yet for the night that lingers so,
The road still winding on--
There is one thing I breathless know,
That dark precedes the dawn.
And for the hope of daybreak,
That it will intercede--
I once more smiling waken
Yet unwilling to concede.

Where Love Can Grow

The deepest part where love can grow
God must plant the seed
For it's in a place where we can't go
Where we can't intercede

It grows into a life long love
Soulmates that we can't choose
Sometimes free will chooses wrong
A love we should refuse

We must let God plant His seed
In the place where love can grow
He knows exactly what we need
And that's the seeds He'll sow

A Big Wheel of Light

A big wheel of light
and hobby-horses, and fear, and laughter (pumpkin fear-laughter).
At the hour of Halloween one to be there
-to intercede -
for my kids, for my fear when I'm banished
and the spooky folk stayed with make up on the memory.
Inside of me there's light and I turn around with open eyes
in that sick world -of loneliness.

At that night of power -
I'm laughing

Catching the Worm

The early bird, to catch the worm,
Must not allow the slightest germ
Of laziness to intercede
Or else, it will be screwed, indeed.

Though dawdling is quite alluring,
Lateness will prevent procuring
Worms and other just rewards
That being first on scene affords.

We early birds just can’t relate
To those who choose arriving late.
They may miss out and be distraught
Because by then, that worm is caught!

Misssing

Value placed on the happenings
Posting the treasure in you
Calls in the night
Spare moment chats
Out on a limb for the right thing
Long awaited scant memory
Knowing of what was meant to be
Events causing stumbling blocks
Both been to the school of hard knocks
Time for reunions chart
Years passed
Doubt surfaced
Chiming in the new year
Making all things clear
Games in the rear
Positive actions intercede

Sin and Prayer

I am pulling out from the committed
sin, cadaver walking,
digging the gold from the pit.

Footwears of dead men were
heaped into a pile when
god was praying.

Was it a perceived tragedy
of a man drawing doodles
to offset the sunset ?

You were alone, dousing
the fire and shaping the clay. The
hamlet was less inclined to intercede.

Your flesh slips from my hands
for a rebirth. I was flying a kite.
I was dead before you were born again.

Visual

Visualise, create, arise,
 the thought behind a brow,
made solid if the thought does sniff,
a future in the now,
for thoughts be deeds that intercede,
 and come to life somehow,
the idea spawn is taking form,
and generates the how.

I have been using "seeing" for 20 years :eg to shrink a bulging Aorta in my cousin Alice which did shrink on the xray....seeing works......Edgar Cayce said thoughts are deeds. and i believe and have great Faith...

Hello My Guardian Angel

Hello lovely Guardian Angel
How are you my divine guard?
Forgive me for being so silent
Since birth I’ve not greeted you

You clothe me with divine armor
Storms that shake roots of my life
Sharp thorns that pierce my heart
Your watchful eyes are alert

I promise to talk to you always
Music of life is your loving voice
Intercede for me in my prayers
Let life’s challenges be passing fog

Hallo my lovely Guardian Angel
Guard and guide me till last breath

The Hermit

always about me
certainly no need for we
much better alone
ample anguish to bemoan
no one else here disagrees

though rather subtly
talk with me regularly
nobody to intercede
always stick to my own needs
resentments usually

no one else will win
is that really such sin
to tilt the wager
to being in my favor
never need to be chagrined

no need concealing
this ego needs some healing
recluses survive
unwanted dead or alive
we are no slaves to feelings
