I Ask Questions

I ask questions

Yet seldom seem to get answers

Which leaves me questioning

Am i posing them wrong

Are they to personal

Or am i simply asking

The correct questions

No one is willing to answer

For fear they will land them
in hot water ot trouble

Floatsome and Jetsome

in hot water up to my neck
bombarded by bubbles and jets
Enjoying existence
With little resistance
As moonlight is shining through trees
So brightly I’m going to sneeze
They laugh at my plight
Devoid of their leaves
And dance in my sight
Reflecting in silvery light
To the music of November night
Troubles are bubbled away
As I float in the end of the day
With only the devil to pay
But later and in my own way

Cautionary Tale

One may land in hot water skating where the ice is thin or end up in a jam going out on a limb and hoping to reach a goal by swimming upstream could prove no more than a wish perhaps purely a pipe dream investing the least wanting the lion's share the end result might induce a scare woolgathering head in the clouds unaware of what's around sounds like fun but more's accomplished with both feet on solid ground
