Frozen waterfall
Weaving naked rocky hills
Roots grappled firmly

Lonely Roads
I have traveled down lonely roads
With no end in sight,
Bearing pains too deep to disclose.

I have traveled alone all night.
I have wasted tears.
Yes, I cried with all my might.

I have grappled with fears,
Within and without,
And lifted up many prayers.

I have traveled far and wide,
With no one at my side....

Dizzy Sixty Nine
She agreed I knew the position smelt,
Assured we grappled at each others pelt
I got the iced cup to crack and melt
And she enlivened hardness I felt.

On top she fans her awakened lust
Down under I mouth the dripping thrust
Grounded to roll and infuriate the crust
Gurgles and suckles become a must.

We break the barriers to flood and tame;

One Petal
I watch at the last minute
a solitary petal falling
from the cracked bough
through thin glass of my window--
it rustles and soars way high
along a grappled wind,
sailng over the chilly vale .
It aligns with a hundred other petals,
all together waltzing in space.
Watching their unrehearsed dance
in glorious animation, a tear of awe
smudges my eyes.

Disparate
These inanimate drops of rain
Splashes on my window
Your gloomy eyes stare
Through that window into mine
We are two different people
We grappled the same fears
Our hearts bleed in agony
With a fragrance of melancholy
That burns up our nostrils
There’s no place we face
Your visage hangs in my memories
Primitive poems fade away….
Only to be brought back
And cherished by someone else
Two different lands, one heart…....

Sofia’s love was like a viking as she tore apart
She grappled with her demons as she swept each basking heart
A gangster fairy tale betrothed upon her arm
A fleeting evening and a trip out of the dark
Four hundred dollar bills as token of your love
The glamour and the fame; the glitter and the game
If one could bear the grime and snare
Of the homestead that she came to bare
You would still pay for her charm...
