Spring buds like
Popcorn bursting along
The knee-high grass of glade green
While winds over oceans blow free
On the face of the empire sun
Deep in heat, a slice of shade
Runs from stern sun; damp bare glade
Cools too few, too thin the dew
One more lost door, blue haze fade...

Change
the clock,
au revoir-
Summer waves bye
bye-
Fall
falters,
daylight fades,
yellowing the
glade-
dark
and damp-
November
closes in on
me
Imagine your soul`s glade
Where your worries fade
Imagine your soul`s meadow
Without any gloomy shadow
Think about it every day
And your sadness will go away
Her Place
Deep within her breast,
her soul yearns for stillness.
A quiet glade, to ponder that
which can only be known
in the cool silence of her night.

A dear come back, a goat returned
I swore I'd leave no stone unturned
I would search on glade and forest
And hope that God would do the rest

MOONLIGHT LOVER
Silver slippered moonlight glides over the glade
Kisses the birches as they shine
Tastes the stream ripples rayed
And drinks deep the shallow sea’s brine.
grimy gremlins gathered in a gloomy glade
giggling guzzling grapeade they’d greedily made
with gadgets gone wild
and gizmos defiled
they gambled on games with tricks they’d displayed
gently touching hands
strolling barefoot by a stream
a timeless romance
And the grass won't pay no mind.

Forgotten jewels
somewhere in time
long ago fairy folk
danced in a forest glade
trying in vain to catch
these tiny lanterns of the night
these elusive fireflies
now gone forever...
again
she combs the woods
through rain
pouring
inside her heart
like sting
of glade
as damp lungs heave--
betrayed.

Persuade To Have Beautiful Home Made
What we wanted to do was persuade,
To have beautiful home being made;
Not ignored,
And adored
In succulent shade near a pretty glade.
Jim Horn
Whispers of the woods
Flickering shadows,
leaves in shade
Trees’ whispers
echo through the glade
Life wanders
through a dream parade—
Beyond the veil,
all lights do fade.
In
the rain
flowers fade-
grass greens in the
glade,
in
the storm,
the word stays-
Holy Spirit
blaze,
fill
my days-
from my heart
never,never
part

Scent of amethyst
Ruby's allure
Sparkle of sapphire
Opal's flash in the glade
Necklace of pearls
Earrings, pure gold
Seductresses wear them

MOON LOVE
On silver slippers moonlight
Glides over the glade
Kisses the birches as they shine
Dips in the shellfish pool bright
Drinks up the stream ripples rayed
And tastes the shallow sea’s brine.
Stooked up sheaves,midst growing clover
In wind and rain,toppling over
A polished blade ,glides to and fro
Timber echos in the glade below
The hands tick around, one by one
Tedium ends,with the setting sun
Aconites gazing into the sun
'neath catkins dangling,finely spun
Awakened mammals desert their holes
rummaging midst the hazel boles
Long twilight days in winter's shade
tomorrow..brings snowdrops in the glade
Aconites gazing into the sun
'neath catkins dangling,finely spun
Awakened mammals desert their holes
rummaging midst the hazel boles
Long twilight days in winter's shade
tomorrow..brings snowdrops in the glade
under his stench,
the world known,
her love drips viscous
to the glade.
his wanting quenched,
in a slight light shone
surface-reflected eyes
beholding dawn,
a son which the night
in its end
has made.
I walked into the lonely wood,
And stared about the place I stood:
The beauty of the tree-lined glade,
With shafts of light that pierced the shade,
All filled me with a sense of awe -
The bluebell carpet best of all!
Tingling with excitement, she stepped
Out of her comfort zone,
Under the forest glade, she skipped,
Collecting flowers - her known
Heaven in varied tones.

If we go into the woods today
along the path where bluebells sway,
'neath cool beechwood shade
to our secret ever glade;
Salad and cooked meats to eat,
champagne for this treat,
we'll read,paint or write
of this May day delight
