tiny newborn lambs
frolic on lush green pasture
spring is in the air
Today I saw my first newborn lambs gamboling in the field, spring has finally arrived

goblins are dwarf spirits,
grotesque in shape and size.
godly not, but ghastly.
gestures are crude and rude.
greatly mischievous, they
growl and shriek, loud or low.
gamboling sprites of lore.
Fields
filled with
little lambs
wagging their tails,
gamboling around
on lush green grass
I adore

spring!

Tiny lambs gamboling in the field
Wild and free with nothing to fear
But all too soon will come the day
When you are fattened up and way hay hay
Roast lamb and mint sauce for a Sunday Dinner
Poor little lamb is the loser – my tummy is the winner

There are foals in the paddock.
Long teetering legs, wobble, and bounce,
They explore my fence-leaning figure,
dash way.
Foals and their gamboling steps
are in my life again.
Later,
we will race the sun along this white fence
making golden shadows together.
Tree lined free lined stanzas
gamboling audible quatrains'
play dulcet music fair
More than nature can bear
View lovely summer's show
Blooming blossoming country fair
Lovely romp through piney woods
by melodies that cry for posey
Sing a song of rhymed delight
Catch a heart in mid flight
Please look after planet earth
cherish her for all she’s worth
Observe clouds in skies of blue,
cobwebs laced with morning dew
lambs gamboling in the fields
beauty mother nature yields

octobre slinks forth
relinquishing heat-scorched earth ~
salacious summer
enflamed leaves embracing
dalliance with wilder winds ~
erotic fall tryst
hoary trees exposed
brazenly displayed bosom ~
scandalous winter
new bulbs gamboling
commoved carefree canoodling ~
warm sassy spring
Amidst the mist, perchance!
The besieged me, accentuates..
gamboling at that ephemeral glance,
The demure Soul for a moment, eluates.
Defying every dulcet wrath,
with my erstwhile prudent..
eking out, what I ever hath,
ineffable! yet a halcyoninan incipient.
I ride astride now, towards then..
from what is lurking afore,
groping the gossamer, to a glen,
where emollience rise only to inure..
