Fun Stuff

God made them just for our delight,
And painted each bright butterfly …

The flowers of the insect world …
Those wondrous lepidopterae!

Lepidoptera = the order of butterflies and moths.

My Apologies

sorry if you've missed me
i've been kind of busy
you know how these things go

been busy doing college work
you know how that is
you have to cut the fun stuff
and handle your biz

sometimes it really sucks
but I'll tell you what
it feels good, once it's over

Just the Truth About Me

I do what I do
And I do it well
no funny stuff
so dont try and tell
I mean I live my life
no matter what people say
cause im gonna live my life reguardless every single day
but back to the fun stuff
I dont feel like mad
nor sluggish nor glum
not even glad
im on defaut mode
dont feel like feeling nothing
im just glaring into outer space
huffing and puffing

Premium Member Awesome Kid Grandma

I like Scrabble, and Monopoly,
And Cadoo, and Dabble too.
I like The Game of Life,
And other fun stuff to do.

I like challenges like
finding peppermints in
Chocolate pudding, using
My face, with hands in the loo.

I’m an A.K.G. according to my granddaughter.
She wrote a tribute to me.
A.K.G. stands for Awesome Kid Grandma.
And at school, I think I’m my students’ AKG too.

MUST BE THE WEATHER

Must be the weather
I'm floating on air
Nothing to distress me
No worries no cares

Life's a big hoot
Fun stuff nonstop
A hot fudge sundae
With a cherry on top

Some may say
“Man, get real”
Here's what I tell 'em
It's all how you feel

About life and it's trials
They're only a test
So hang in there people
Show 'em your best

I'll sum this thing up
With this bit of advice
If you feel like chuckling
Never think twice
