It Takes Money To Buy Land

Too many questions...
Not enough action...
Too much talk
Gives no satisfaction,

Not enough hope...
Too much demanded...
Where is the faith
You once commanded?

Muckyard Sibling

At some mutual point
during the lengthy course of their familial lives,
Sonny and his older brother
must have gazed upon themselves as equals in each other’s eyes.

Please Pt-2

Please give me a chance
To explain what’s on my mind
About my career which I dream.

Please your one glance
Is enough to make me blind
To see myself and scream.

My Life With Family

i see the light,
i see the dark,
i see crystals in sight,
i feel like i can see bees in trees where i can see,
where the angels seek,
where me and my family hope to be!

She Said.

She said.
‘I thought I had been in love before.
But I didn’t know what love was.’
A single sentence from a conversation
You were not meant to hear
Can change your life.

9/11

i decided to get my bible out for awhile
and if it wasn't for Him, I wouldn't be walking another mile
and with all the people ascending into heaven
this day is now known as 9/11

Sympathetic Homage

They come from a country in Eastern Europe...
dreaming of freedom, reviving their faint hope;
I'm quickly learning to speak their language,
to understand them and offer courage.

Eight Days Into February

Darkness wasn't around
because it was still all unknown.
Love wasn't around
because it still had to be shown.
Nothing i knew and nothing knew me.
Until eight days into February.

Set White House Free

Set White House Free

Lock Trump family up and throw away key,
Which by God is way it was meant to be;
Total looser;
Anyone abuser;
From Trump family hope God sets us free.

Unleashed Love

It's like you live in the movie you see happiness fills throughout you ever so the tears from your eyes just seem to flow and it's at that split second, your heart is... free.

Hope

Today will be a sunny day,
I hope things start coming your way.
You know your are special,
You complete our lives each and every day!
You know you are special in everyway!
Keep up the good work and don't go astray!

Answers

We ask our friends
Because we don't know.
We tell our teachers,
So they will know.
We visit our doctors,
But they don't know.
We call our preachers
And hope they'll know.

So then we pray
Because Jesus knows.

Met With Death

The gracious have met with death,
The vile have never returned,
To speak with those of the past life,
I may never hear from her,
However I do indeed speak to her,
In words, in mind, in love,
With the woman I called Nonny.

Maybe?

If
Men could
See the harm
They created
Then maybe they would
Stop and make it better
So our children will know hope
So our children won’t know regret
So our children would only know love
So our children would always live in peace

Inside-Out

The origami nooks and folds
of thoughts pushed down inside,
pockets deep and intricate
where mazes often hide,
and grow,
and bend,
and twist,
and crease,
and wait upon the day
when all the things we never
tell ourselves come out to play.

Life Breathes Wonder

Squatting lakeside
darting swimmers
at their feet.

Shouldered burdens
over shadow even
family time.

Prayers for Peace
carried in whispers
breath after breath.

Gods coloring book
pages of hope,
peace, beauty.

Just inhale
the wonder!

If Only In My Dreams

eyes
green like forests
hair
so light
touched by the suns warmth
cheeks
covered in freckles
angel kisses
lips
kissed by pink roses
voice
stolen from angels
beautiful
quiet
hands
soft and gentle inside mine
delicate innocent
never letting go
only in my dreams

"you'Ll Get By"

Fighting the feelings,
Hiding them inside.
Trying to find a way to get on by.

Trying to live my life
without the worries and sighs.
Trying to pass the time
without the pain and cries.

Sometimes its hard to believe,
But they all say “You’ll get by.”

Another Year

A year goes by
A year again
I don't know where I've been
A daily struggle to wake and breathe
An anger builds and poisons seethe
A troubled heart,
A jumbled mind
Things were said things were done unkind
Where to go?
Whast to do?
Another year turned into two.

This Day, Whom Will You Serve? (Make a Choice)

You can’t serve two masters.
You have to make a choice.
One will lead you to your promised land,
The other will lead you to disaster.
Choose this day, whom you will serve?
I hope that you make the right choice,
So that you get what you deserve.

In God We Trust

It’s written on our
Money, but we worry about
The economy.

We must trust God. Read
Your money. It’s in God’s hands.
Well, do we trust God?

In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust; I will not be afraid. What can mortal man do to
me? Psalms 56:4
