With crisp snow under the blades,
vertiginous exulting.
In the frame of conifers
sundogs wink at me....

Lost Pen
Keeping my poems
Taking my pen
Where is he gone?

Taking my pen

To insulting me?
If not
To exulting me?

Telling not gone
Where is he?...

My Biggest Accomplishment
For you are forsaken
My soul you've taken
For I'm just a foolish girl
Who doesn't have what it takes to last in this world
You words insulting
For when I escape, it will be exulting
From you and everyone
Your biggest mistake here was thinking I was the one
To just let things go
Not anymore
I'm done...

Victory and Pain
when the soldiers returned
after winning the battle
none of us found it strange
the fact that in their faces
there was not a semblance of peace
we know the anguish
by violating your own convictions
hurts more than the bayonet
that's why these young people
who should be exulting with joy
carry on their shoulders
the weight of an unparalleled sadness...

Spring Concerto
Liquid songs from the choir of trees
The choir master's cloud score fruits the eye
Wield his baton of melodic breeze
Turning the score's white pages in blue of sky.
Rivers of melody pulsing in rocks
Muted in tumult of the waters dance. Spring now
Its piano conderto performs, clocks
Leap forward exulting, and birds beaking the bough
Of ressurected trees. I on my knees
Become a tide gospelling the leas....

Pat On the Back
Pat on the back makes someone eased,
Filling the heart with joy or pride;
It makes one feel so excited,
Setting all of his fears aside.

Negative thoughts are thrown away,
Bringing them all to oblivion;
Exulting in sheer happiness,
He has leaped for satisfaction.

Discarded doubts are left behind,
Never will they remain on track;
Real confidence will truly boost
Because of the pat on the back....

Set ‘midst windswept dunes and wild wild weather,
the winter storms have left it desolate.
An empty shell, no glowing hearth, no blether.
A but and ben abandoned to its fate.
And yet, awaiting warmer days in stoic slumber,
these walls will know the early murmurings of summer
and brighter sounds of fellowship and mirth,
a home exulting in its own rebirth,
until at length, as daylight fades, now dark and bleak,
a silent house returns again to wintry sleep....

Burst of brandished flaming arrow,
Thump of bunnies against my chest,
Cupid’s straight pointer did narrow,
Continue my family crest.

Squawking souls of birds in my nest,
Potent from moonstruck bolero,
Crescendo of lust’s citrus zest —
Cock-a-hoop’s sunstruck sombrero.

A Momentary Disturbance
Your noise defiles

colours now brick, mortar
grey and thudding

sinews of tranquility
screeching, curled up
tightness gripping,
thoughts overturned
distracted....

a harmony of notes
has been struck
damaged, distorted

but now at last - it's back

please stay!

Its sound - painful
exulting, wanting
yearning and twisting

a pit of harmony to
crush the chest
and bring forth
an exposition of tears

Stay here, stay a while
forever yearning

for the tranquility.....
