life is a sojourn
where to learn we burn
desires letting go
exhuming ego

each body vector
sips soma nectar
that thus bliss replete
graced we feel complete

love calibrates not
value systems
there is no judgment
nor any hesitation
in plunging into embrace

the echo may not return
it matters not
love is an effervescence
exhuming darkness
as God is our witness

songs of silence reverberate in heart
an orchestra playing for us alone
breath by breath we feel bliss ignition start
exhuming ego is how we atone
in timeless time coming into our own
with God’s omnipresence forging a bond
form dwells here, our spirit in the beyond

Premium Member Thought of the day

spirit eternal, caged in feeble form
remains shrouded under a thought form cloud
silence and stillness invokes a bliss storm
exhuming false ego that once stood proud
its admittance thereafter disallowed
that thus as pure awareness self-aware
with the heart of God we seamlessly pair

Mood elevators are needed Exhuming pain and grief When throb of love by heart’s heeded Granting our soul relief Pause awhile free from guile Let heart’s innocence smile Mile by mile, mile by mile Ego sedators Mood elevators 07-May-2022 Quietus

spiritual discourses
address lower mind
offering not flavour
of bliss magnetism
that ignites our form

therefore silence
is the best teacher
requiring release of
ownership of thought
thus exhuming ego

awareness animated
poised in the void
entwined with existence
breaks the mirror
invoking Holy Spirit

Tell tale signs linger in the void, of unvoiced emotions destroyed, yet embraced by the universe, thereby shaping destiny’s verse, replaying as our life’s refrain, until mindful eye does ingrain each flicker and nuance within bleeding hearts, thus exhuming sin from the very core of our soul, that womb of existence feels whole. 03-August-2022

The Good Lord Was Sent

Ready my pen
My beautiful green eyes
Upon our hearts you do rise
Through our loving arms
Your soldiers are armed
I too, felt the sun upon my face
Through the warmth of your embrace
Bright purple, white and pink
Beyond the beauty which others may think
Flowers protruding
Your love found exhuming
Deliverance from above
Surrounded by your love
Blessing to our land
True miracles are at hand

World Poetry Day

I taught of it to be a day filled with ink and empty paper
Where ill paint myself rainbow
Blank paper scribbled with ink should rain upon me
In appreciation for the proper use of poetry
Today every word play will queue up in a cemetery
Exhuming words buried in my archive
To march forth to me for their salary
For they slaughtered for me every life alive.

We behold our form, that’s but dust,
so wonder at our acts unjust,
which but serve cravings of ego,
we are somehow loathe to forgo
and with this knowing we begin
slowing down thought, exhuming sin,
that we may recognise our soul,
to feel joyous, blissful and whole
and no sooner we make this shift,
we find we’re no longer adrift,
having woken up in life’s dream,
where myriad illusions stream.

Unfair Treat

Emblemed traces hidden inside me
are the dismantles of one-way love.
You held me loose asunder
at the precipice of your chasm.
My prudent heart hid no love
I bled each drop at your cup
you apparently found every bit
an equivocal grotesque.
Over the ages, I've trekked
finding not even single flower
with flamboyant petal
to entice my desires.
So I find myself at the monument
exhuming a catastrophe of love.

Having discarded all imagined knowing,
with eyes for no other, seeking God alone,
witnessing soma nectar within flowing,
poised in silence, as our consciousness we hone,
exhuming ego we come into our own.
Ego depends on thought and thought on desire,
so when there remain no objects to acquire,
formless presence tip toes into heart unshod,
which is how with the universe we conspire,
to behold in direct sight, the face of God.

Abandoned

the barren light flickers for the last time, sealing fate what thought was meant to be as I was set out, simply free free to roam a solitary heretic in atrophy living where roads bleed upon the horizon rubbed against ruins, in exile exhuming me I'll take the long way, love trailing darkened paths trudging past, weakness spilt as strangers pass through wayward nights holding steady with the light for even the pain, never lasts
