Water

Water: wonderful sustainer of life-

Always taken for granted- an epicenter of strife;

Trickling toxins make it unsafe-

Eventual Love Canals all over the place;

Remand the polluters to a healthy jail space!

Third Wheel

Often the third wheel between two people
Rolling along the median of life
The epicenter of two separate goals
Neither lane resembling my own
The wheel that no one wanted to steer
Loneliness on the road of several
Rolling along the median of life

Beautiful Day In New York City

Sun beats down
But the air is fairly cool in NYC
People put our city down
But it is actually the epicenter of the world
I could use more cash
I no longet smoke "hash"
But I am ready for joy
And hopefully I wil find it in New York City
my home!!!

Guess Who

Like the eye of a hurricane
         the epicenter of the storm

      Every day in some way
        at risk for harm

      A face like granite
        commanding the planet

      Squeezed into the middle
~ it’s hot on the griddle

Cantilever

There is a vortex in every locomotive
that is at once inert and in moto perpetuo
Beneath that vortex lies a feeling, a veritable
epicenter of grief from which springs the only
real compliment to sentient life and to which
our species has attached the name of suffering.

Finally Found

finally found
i welcome your eyes on me
never thought your brand of beauty still existed
summer never ends
winter decorates the epicenter
autumn colors the atmosphere
spring leaps into the scene out of nowhere
then you kiss me back to reality
finally loved....eternally....

Motivation

Now that I killed
the cat, I know.
Your crystal-diamond look:
My opium, my dope.

Now that I told you,
The words can't stop
Flowing and oozing.
Like that volcano of a century.

You are now to me:
My axis, my epicenter.
You remain that dream
with Joseph's absence.

I still am fascinated.
Running short of words
was never part of the deal.
One things stands out:
I found my ribs.

He

Walked into the sun,
He. With weak flesh.
A storm was raging on burning sands.

In hollow of his knees
gravel was hitting hard.
He moved onwards in trance

Visionary, homeless, life in open
was blessing.
A huge crowd followed him, voiceless..

Hushed silence breaks the dam.
Valley of timbers was ready to receive the blood,
from epicenter, from fields.

Complementation

Synonymous

Synchronized opposites drag the lost poet to the epicenter of contradiction

Anonymous scribes share dissident virtual podiums and only appear to be

Fireworks

Explosion Live wire effect Sparks that do flow From the epicenter Externally goes Quickly run Outwards A splash of color Immense display dispersed Every light show given Is poured out tonight Light quickly moves From the center Of the blast The loud crash One that jars the area A loud boom commenced The streets are littered With the colored fun Of an explosion Loud blast & Boom!

Falling Apart

You are now standing
at epicenter
of violence.
It was an original trauma
for unknowables.

You intend to stride
straight through frozen limbs
cuddling the statement in love
with slaughter.
The alveoli will speak
for corrugated windows.

Going nowhere from here
to find the answers for fallen truths.
I have not understood
the concept of lying nude
in terror.

Musical chairs
will decide.
Who wins the bomb ?

A Platinum Dollar Made of Diamonds

i chase her home
she connects the dots
i taste all of her flavors
the feeling is a golden dime

her dome is the epitome of class and grace
i cannot believe that there is consideration in her heart for me
once upon a time i was not even a speck in her vision
now i dominate the epicenter of her spotlight

i hold her tight
she again figures me out
i satisfy all of her favors
the feeling is a platinum dollar made of diamonds

The Bliss of Daylight

A smile of vitamin D will bleed,
surrender now trade it for the night;
The warmth of the colors at twilight,
let your lecherous desires feed;

Moonlight will capture your soul
let go of decomposition for immortality;
Through a hunter’s eyes you will see
covered in stardust you become whole;

From the moment you receive the kiss
young fangs become your epicenter;
In the frenzy of your birth as a vampire
you won’t remember daylight’s bliss.

Dark Skinned Lady

Dark Skinned Lady. the ever poised legendary beauty, granary of compassion & culture whose stunning reign sparkles the night.

Dark Skinned Lady. comandress of matriotic forces, the earthquake that shakes the pillars of racism & sexism the stream that feeds liberating consciousness

Dark skinned lady. epicenter of the ripples of Africanism. Divinity of a soul tranced by a rhythm, a rhythm forged by the beat of a drum, the drum pumping life into the veins of my Africa!

Wet and Wild

The shower is where we go to get dirty
A domain of filthy activity & debauchery
Together, we defile the sanctity of a shared space
An exercise for the well versed
Maneuvers that would make an acrobat blush
Water droplets mark the beginning of sensual hurricane
Swirled strokes to shake up the epicenter
Gripping the handles to hold onto dignity
Inhibitions tackled and thrown down the drain
Cleanliness, no longer lives between us
The shower, a whirlpool of emotions

The Wax Palace

You were half-crazy
saving little buds
brutalized by storm
in a yawning night.

The ugly silver of a fringe
group becomes intentionally
a hate cult, developing
an epicenter for stripping

to devastate a religion. The
ghosts are walking in the
corridors of mirrored crimes.
There is a creeping sadness in the golden lock.

The blood craft brings obscene
inheritance. You hide the script of
murder in a wheel chair. Things have
not remained things. There is smoke all around.

At War With My Mind

I am at war At war in my mind I Wonder what I will find Inside.... A mind full of pride supressed by humility Trying to be confident in the face of insecurity My mind.... Trying to release thoughts of progression held as prisoners by repression My mind... needs to be freed Im uprooting every weed and sowing in pure seeds I try No lie... I do try The epicenter of my being stops me from seeing truth. but connect it to my spirit and the lord will vist.
