Total Recall
Air bags not deploying is not very good,
would bring to the dealership if I could,
my imagination,
in station wagon,
job a crash test dummy with flesh and blood.

Afterthought
Gleaming in glorious grace,
While holding, whole hearted.
Keeping this kind killed case,
And deploying the departed.
Educating everyone,
Still, birth serenades’ souls.
Dead ones cries are undone.
I am the one with my controls.....

Modern War Drums
Congregated on a bone-white columned hill,
Wielding Thor’s great hammer, raging on at will,
Raining Odin’s thunder upon resounding blocks,
Indulging gilded beggars of fortune’s ticking clocks,
Deploying more and more to feed the desert gulls,
Fenrir’s pack forever howls, while bloody fangs indulge.

Sitting silently Motionless Emotionless Stagnant thumps from my heart Barely a beat Slumping sideways Dialing my way Nothing can save me Lonely So lonely So tired

On the walls of my graffiti life Written those pandemonium things of my hurts my strifes Depicted in letters and numbers and words All the deploying menacing naked words I am a living canvas And Satan has written his damage He has etched on me Corrupted my spirit and my biology I've erased savings writing on my body I no longer heed his call I am by the wall

Missing My Husband
My husband, my friend, when will I see you again?

I've been sent to war, not sure where I am going
All I was told was that I was deploying

I miss him, come back, i never thought i would be sent to Iraq

I joined to serve my country and make my family proud
Now all I hear are bombs exploding and sirens aloud

Being here in this far away place
I look at these foreign people and don't see a familiar face

I want to go home, I'm scared for my life
All i wanted was to be a good wife...
