I searched for another craft
Each time I was given the shaft
Got my family to help
Showed me how to make a belt
That looked like a twisted-up raft
"love's craft"
there once was a gnu named Owen
who knew all that was known and so in
South African Zulu
said, "Kukhulu!"
which then became a zen koan
The understanding of natural energy
and how one change vibrates,
echoing through time and space
in transferences of power, but--
do you dare disturb the universe?
I know how to party,
On Friday nights, really,
I have crocheting, you see,
A stash of yarn, and coffee,
I'd say that's quite a party,
Hope all the crafters agree!

opinions bring power

negative whispers

Reading, writing and literacy,
With craft and friends to greet,
Soon enough for coffee we'll meet,

Line follows line in message flow,

Writes that I sign in curious style,

My old girl
was good at crafts
Even mad a poster with me on it
Now it is over
Guess
I
am
just society's child
like Janis Ian sang about
Well, I guess I will "keep on trucking"
What other choice do we have, fellow poets?
Open yourself
to a sound
(the spinning of the planets)/
deafness and darkness
(the pair; duality!)//
multiplied by know'd resolution.
Step you onto surfaces
spinning in outerness
climb ladders of terrest;
the earth has its foot
on man's chest!
Moments of meditative serenity
Crimping pleating floral white hybrid washi
Shaping and triangulating dainty folds
Stringing vertex wings of freedom symmetry
Garland of classic crane origami
Wishing long happy peaceful life

Separate dross from real art
And talent from mere heart.
For craft is needed too,
To strengthen the poetic brew:
