A "tion" Verse

starting new traditions
without any renditions
or horrible superstitions
after much cogitation
not fallacy or fiction
just our inclination
and this fascination
based on laws of attraction

Candy, Now Cogitation

I
Believing ...
(Is not a complete thought, say grammarians, maybe from Gramercy)
KNOWING ...
is better
Listening ...
may be best

II
When did I know
That listening to both male and female
I'd BELIEVE in EQUALITY
eavesdrop on a Galaxy?

Premium Member DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH

Once, I found a youngster in the last row.
Our eyes met together out of the blue.
A hidden glow of scholarly brilliance
I perceived from his timid berry eyes.
As his guide, turned to be a catalyst.
My cogitation didn't go abortive.
When glide through the pages of nostalgia,
I hear the echoes, "Diamond in the rough".

Temporal Poem

tracing ethereal line
to find the future
in this time, present
let's not throw away the past
that passed, but is reticent...
In this game I'm
somewhat unconscious
somehow groping annoyed...
The future is cogitation
the now is insecure
because we see nothing different..
 Past, today
and tomorrow,
long story
without finally...

Egypt

I knew after spring would come the fire
I have seen the summers where promise withers
In the toppling heat. I have seen desire
Raging in spasms like a tide that swells and shivers.
It's not the same when the climate comes
Like a cogitation. What shall we call them now? See
How the streets overflow? The old thumbs
Cannot hold back the surging masses that will be free.

I Am, the Winner

The cogitation about the word "Victor",
Arises vigor within my heart;
That keeps me vigorous towards my vision.
Virtuosity is my investment to reach beyond victory:
Because, I am, the winner!

The rumination about the word "vanquisher",
Awakens ardor within my heart;
That makes me active towards my aims.
Assiduous is my assurance to achieve awards:
Because, I am, the winner!

Musicale Night

Closing my eyes I lie;
My breath exhales in a sigh;
The music in my ears,
Lubricating my cerebral gears;
My head sinks into the pillow,
Deep into limbo I wallow
Free of the demanding reality
Sucked into a singularity-
Where no cogitation shall prevail;
Peace sans ail.
Lost in the words, in the voice;
Tumbling amid blues and joys,
Falling, falling down the rhyme
For a infinitesimal infinity of time.

Virtual Town Square
David J Walker

The marketplace is teeming with noise
From the beginnings of early morning meetings
            Rumors and warnings about
The strange faces from places you
Never heard of before
The penumbra provided protects the
Interpretation of selective vision
Mnemonic recitations guide
Approved cogitation
That gather communities together
Into their one true form of a
Virtual town square
 Where
 Freedom of thought disappears

Female Cogitation

Listen to poem:
In conversation the sounds of her thinking astounds logic rebounds argument confounds rationale knows not bounds there's no reasoning with what she expounds or justification in that which she propounds when all facts fail and reality surrounds her point of view tho' it has zero grounds piled on in mounds with absurdity she compounds adding injury to insult my brain it impounds traps me wraps me saps my energy inducing mental lethargy causing total apathy
