Centimeter
It is the same as 2.54 inches.
It is part of the metric system,
Which is also called a SI unit.
This type of measure is more accurate,
Than the English or U.S. customary.
Scientists use SI units or metrics system,
Unvoluntary....

Measurements Ugh!
Darn rules are getting harder to read
Millimeters, centimeters
Might as well put millipede

A 1/32
Maybe a 1/64 and 1/2
6 centimeter minus .875

A 2:1 pitch=5 holes and one inch
10 millimeters to the right

Has anyone found my mind yet?...

Chance
Like a gleaming glowing cube
      A square centimeter of chance
      Appears for only a moment.
You've got to snatch it fast.

      No particle in the Universe
Will ever be where it is right now
      Let's take advantage of serendipity
and reach for the same possibility....

No Separation
A thousand stars bore their pinpoint holes
into a centimeter of dark sky.

If that drifting cloud disappeared,
ten thousand more
would pierce through perception.

If we were to shift our sight
just one fingerbreadth away,
a universe might leap into our eyes,

and remain there,
to shine out,
in the brightest of daylights....

Skeletons
There are skeletons
Deeply put away
Ten feet under
In a grave of pain

Where people are afraid
I find bliss
In the dark, cold, black
Of loneliness

I feel it a centimeter in
As the blood pours out
And no one knows
What I’m pizzed off about

The private places
That have been touched
Left a scar
And a constant rush

The memories that haunt me
Wont ever be shown
As I find love and faith
In all the unknown...

The Egyptian Cubit

is said to be

52.36 ... cenTIMEter

but as you can see...

I multiplied

to find the Mayan...

52 x 36 = 1872

I asked about frogs

and bacab and the lion...

"... an arrangement made ..."

and it said, "...this way..."

The Structure is Fine

and the lines all rhyme

... So I wrote it again...

J E S U S

10 + 5 + 19 + 21 + 19 = 74

and then dear god...

I could see your name....

Weeping God
When you look up there yonder the eye
Every centimeter on God’s body and cloth
Each star in the universe of the unknown
Permeates God’s tears of mercy and redemption
Involved in making God weep are stained souls
Nursery bed of criminal sin thrives in their hearts
Goons of earthliness tend rainbow beautiful sins

God’s grief sows hunger, wars, disease and fear
On the land perceived as the cradle of humanity
Divine force only can delete the durable vices...
