The moment I start wondering what just happened
Is when I reevaluate things, check out my captions
If they read like a dirge
Could be on the verge
Of a career up yonder with those famous bananas
Graffiti on the wall that you call yours for your communication;
Someone else paints it all over, different lines, zigzag, splodges, splurged, fiery captions
Can I not erase my own wall and start all over again?
The moment I start wondering what just happened
Is when I reevaluate things, checking out my captions
If they read like a dirge
Could be on the verge
Of a career up yonder with all those famous bananas
As seen,
unfed,
nourished by atmosphere.
It waits,
crying,
waiting to stake its claim.
Silver,
tarnished,
leave me in your wake.
Ashamed,
alight,
captions flee this scene.
So strong,
unkind,
the promises fade to ash.
Blisters,
unhealed,
will mark the villain's face.
First ghost was his wife,
to whom he was sworn,
fading, thin, bandaged,
in the far northern city.
tubed in another world or no world.
Nurses and social worker
urged him to chose life.
But the deep promises linger,
in pictures with cheery captions
from his children.
He tosses in bed
and lets the quilt
slide off his legs.
Hey smiler a tear comes from your soul’s gate
In cherish of ephemeral memories captions of time
Leafs like snowdrops on a windless day
Laid to rest internal peace
Whilst noise resounds on beaten pump
Days to weeks
Weeks to years
Years to decades
Till a century brings forgotten
A faint aroma of yesteryears
A faint aroma of yesteryears
Form:
Panda Bear adorns horizon
For one brief minute
Then Great Blue Heron came on
Suddenly a rabbit
Mom would say wild imagination
Only in cobalt blue
I really saw all these captions
Now they're gone it is true
The golden sun dominates scene
Those animals seem but dream
Life is here now warming up alive
Mist rises from creek jive
The squawk of the geese high above
Southward bound to another love
Now misty and chilly comes the breeze
My lost seasons of time are teased
Twisting the first autumn leaves about
Entangles my thoughts into doubt
Watching the children grow and leave
Are cordial captions for all achieved
I'm the changing season progresses
Into dimensional time transgresses
I am truly sorry my love
my actions contradict my words of love
hypocrite I am an abomination I am
I regrett sorely my indiscretions
my affection wans not but waxes hot
desire fuels my moves to bring you close
unpredictablility is my stongest asset
I wish so bad my actions were closed captions
so I look in myself and see what you seek
to comprehend what makes me meek
to find what makes me bold so my story unfold
to see what i truly mean when I say I love
you
Ima be honest I'm not the Goddess who drown herself in coco butter.
I have no problem trying things, but I'm a meat eater.
Im human.
Im not spiritually connected but its on my list.
I guess I got issues that I can't begin to express.
But I got more within, I'm filled with passion and sins.
Take a minute to explain, all you talk in words I can't seem to understand.
Take it slow for me to comprehend, those Instagram spit.
Captions all based things i don't see within.
This vexing pencil in turgid fingers I gracelessly hold
Sorcerer's lead conjures up casuistic captions, fools' gold
My peripatetic purple pen winks at my commands
Dancing to a distant drummer on sun-scorched parchment sands
A cunning keyboard mocks me, in cast-iron briefcase locked
Contrarian bent, loaded for bear, at my Muse pointed and cocked
What with erasers missing and forever low on toner ink
It's a wonder the poetic process has not driven me to drink!
