I'VE SEARCHED FOR HAPPINESS IN THE MIDDLE OF CHAOS.

ABSCONDING AND BEING ON THE RUN WAS ROUTINE
AND EMBEDDED IN MY DAILY LIFE.
DECISIONS, EXPERIENCES, AND LOST TIME ARE SCARS MARKED AND LEFT ON MY BODY.
While no one in their right mind,
Would not want to be old and active,
With a mind that is there most of the time.
Actively searching for other people,
Who are also active,
To be active with,
Whose minds are there most of the time,
Can be time consuming,
And energy sapping,
Which leads to napping,
Instead of actively planning,
Adventures that one still finds exciting,
That are good for both body and mind.
I’m a child in heart
I’m sensitive,
So don’t misuse it
I’m God’s special child
I need to respect
My zealous Father
I need to honor Him
With my young heart,
I pray for freedom
