Rain

Heavy rains begin
At first perhaps as sprinkles
That increased quickly
Love could return us the rest
Of delicious fresh air like a child reading at first
Literal world of live words would do!
If at first you don’t succeed
Don’t let it cause you distress
And if you still fail to succeed
You must redefine success

Her collections number just six
'Cloudless at First' pick of the mix
At first, I was so scared
I smeared lambs blood on my door
Now, I am back to picking my nose again
that's progress for me
You're lucky
I loved you at first sight
cause with taking the fourteenth I wouldn't
be interested in being in
like even
at first glance a spark instantly ignites
their eyes meet like kissing lips;
a glorious spell cast

Peachy at first glance
A keeper or a hustler
Only time will tell
Trust your instincts but beware
Should your prospect go astray
There,
He sits
Far away.
I can feel him
I can hear his heart beat, mine in accord.
Oh, the enchantment of love at first sight.
Love is like a tootsie pop
It may taste good at first
But really it just tricks you
It sucks, and why?
The world may never know...
Persisted and Enlisted
At first what we did was insisted,
And after that we had persisted,
Then into service finally enlisted.
At first the thirst
For better for worst
Undying frustration.
How can I beat this thing?
A PERFECT poem, flawlessly created, a win.
When our eyes first met
Immediate attraction
Its love at first sight

His heart beats
Knees that only tremble
Her eyes his meets
His fears they disassemble
His soul so broken
Her love could reassemble

Love at first sight

The shiver
frisson !
the urge...
a look
that bends !
We became
petrified,
enchanted,
and breathless !
Oh! love
at first sight... !
They said you were from France.
I loved you at first glance,
And thought I stood no chance
Of having a romance,
But asked you for a dance…
A playwright crafts plays... right?
let's coin the word "poemwright"
it's understandable, at first sight
it'll catch on (well, it might!) :-D
I just met a wonderful wench
With nipples that pop out an inch
Although it just might
Be love at first sight
They'll certainly do in a pinch!
When their eyes first met he whispered to himself,
“Some day I’m going to marry you.”
never imagining…
at that moment
she was whispering too.
COVID-19 did quite a number
On the wife whilst she was in slumber
At first she was mad
But then she was glad
To sleep alone with her cucumber.
did you hear the harbor seal
fell in love with a slimy eel
everything seems right
for it was love at first sight
and they like the way it feels

Loved cake at first sight; (5)
Dreamed of it throughout the night; (7)
Still can taste each bite. (5)

Roses are red
Violets are blue
It's love at first sight
Wow, what a view!!!

Moment by moment, she stays
So tightly woven into
The tapestry of his thoughts
Smitten, at first sight
