Unstable sense of self/
I want to evaporate and not be here.
I wish the part of me not mentally ill
Would make me well.
But he has a hard time too.
I’d rather have only one arm.
It's the exuberance of the souls
Any modicum of disaster
Rips us apart
Making us lean
Forward into the dark
And luminous Eye of
Truth.

My space suit leaked
Your arm took hold of me
Saving me from knowing all the universe
I did not float away to eternal darkness
In your arm, I took my last breath
Before returning to home below
my lower left arm from the elbow on down
looks like a chicken leg, I fancy toasting it brown
imagining it moist, I bet it would be tasty.
Put down that hatchet says my husband; don’t be so hasty!
The hair on his arm was a tangled bush
not manly, but beastly

when in both arms overwrought
so same one was shot
Just had our combined
FLU/COVID shot, I had
both of mine in left arm.
Wife had one in each
arm. Only my left arm
is sore while both of
her arms are sore.
Since emails became king, the postal service is suffering
Maybe that's why the cost of a stamp causes stuttering
