Aurora rises up
Astride her chariot
Aglow in dawn’s pink blush,
Aubergine cloak of stars,
Ageless – four winds’ mother –
Argent moon’s sweet sister
Announces Sol’s new day.

Joy in the hazy moon
and sunny afternoon.
Joy in all seasons’ birth
bursting forth from the earth.
Joy in the dazzling sun
before day’s work is done.
Joy in the argent stars,
besting all other pars.
Joy in all I see and do.
Glory and praise go to You!
Let’s hurry!
Fall in love and fly—
Fiery, fearlessly h’gh!
As the gooses pair,
There, over the cloud—
Flying very high,
Singing in skies’ language,
Songs, surely—love songs,
On their way
To the golden grass’, argent twigs’ nest,
In the Great Himalaya’s heights—
Is permanent snow and ice.
Echoes of moonlit waves
Bright moonbeams sashay softly on the waves,
and MUTTER tacit secrets to the shore,
that echo deep within the hidden caves,
where ancient voices rest forevermore.
The argent stars watch over heaven’s GATE,
their JEWEL cheering up the velvet sky,
till its SHADOW dies with morning’s mandate

Under a sky of celadon -
I watched bees huddle
In frenzied expectation
Of riding a flaxen petal.
Lupine and globe mallow
Danced about while sage
Waved at me from below -
Comprising my entourage.
I saw pale butterflies mingle
Within dewy creosotes
Then came an argent gale
Which tugged at their cloaks
And then - the drape shifted
But my vision proves true -
A celadon echo gifted
To me that sunny interlude.
There is strength there is power. “Mommy, look at this lovely flower!”
There is war and there is strife. “C’mon lets go fly a kite!”
There is guns and there is knives. “Look at my kite rise and rise!” There are warlords there are tyrants. “Hey Jo, can you hold the call on those Clients?” There are Officers and there are sergeants. “This silver is of the finest argent!” There is my skin, burnt ashy and gray. “But daddy, Are you coming home to stay?”

silver swimmers
ride the waves porpoising ~
surfriders at play
playful ocean clowns
jolly jesters jump and joke ~
a smiling whimsy
dolphin songs echo
lyrics of trills clicks and squeaks ~
seafaring minstrels
seven seas pilgrims
models of athletic grace ~
argent illusions
ocean mysteries
lustrous skin like sea satin
tender skin sunburns
