How do you like them Apples ????
ethereal country air
mysticism is afoot
I sense the orbs
procure my camera
feel led to the fence post
fog does not disappoint
When sleep's afoot
roaming the hills
Will pillows deign pursuit...
Yet when dreams linger
waking's a beggar
knocking at your door
a tangle of vines
pawprint of the bear
a wind afoot
rumbling of thunder
one, two, ten drops of rain
'lost in the woods bingo'
For what we harm,
let peace touch
not us
but cast afoot
deep within scarred
caverns to find
alas it is in
this everlasting hollow
that roots find life
Mt style is styless
words made from smudges and dots
like cots of baby robots
fraught with thought
a despot naught
stop
the game is afoot
is forever endless ?
or will this pain not stop
Everything's going good, I've no problems to tell
It's so wonderful that it's all starting to gel!
With all of that said,
You'd say I'm ahead
But my car broke down, so now I'm afoot as well!
ancient Aztec communication mask
with her brilliant fluorescent lines
comes alive in the deepest recesses of the caves
unseen by humans
revered by spirits of the otherworld
mysticism is afoot
In snow
Walk slow
If stuck
Hard luck
Bad foot?
Stay put
Forced stay
Delay
A sleigh!
Hooray!

Three am now
Faerie magic is afoot
The witching hour
The house is silent
Spirits try for attention
I know they are here
I sense and smell them
Because my family is fey
Sometimes they throw things
Sea horse mania is afoot
I see them in my sleep
Thanks to a collector daughter
They prance and neigh
Ridiculous I think
There is loud laughter
A splash from my water glass
Two land on my bedside table
Mystic madame had an ethereal ambiance of her own.
We visited her rarely, for she was not often home.
Her house had an eerie quality, a personality of its own.
Apparitions were afoot, even when no human was home.

Camouflage afoot
hooves trembling
don't stay put
run aground disassembling
hurry shroud apparel
fortress in view
departure from the barrel
exemption you blew

* It's hunting season, so I thought I would write about the poor deer :(
Alone, aging actor alive after abuse.

SANTA FREEZE
What is afoot is what made Santa freeze —
Not the normal chimney smell in the breeze.
This must be a joke!
He hates these old folks!
Instead of socks Granny hung her undies.

I feel an incredibleness enter my heart strings today
I wonder what this is about; it is not my birthday.
The holidays are over.
Something is afoot.
Something marvelous.
Something wonderful.
I feel joyful.
Mischief of the best kind.
I smile, knowing a terrific day is beginning.
Peanut
Pet pup with paws I am full of pep
Earned my echoed brave endeavors
Afoot I run amused underfoot, a spill angered my owner
Nooky with my wet nose as I nip their ankles
Unfed, unruly until I am fed

autumn wood nymph threw flaming pixels into the sky
harvest moon smiled at her audacity, he likes a challenge
black forest is silent, wondering how long they will glow
October has begun, witches and warlocks are afoot
shh! Pretend you do not know, being mortal and all
you empathic receiver!
Dark moon day of August
I stepping on a nail
hospital tetanus shot
I draw Kenaz from my Rune bag
Sitting out at night
First time crickets sing
Starry sky's Milky Way
Two shooting stars see me
My black cat runs by
Dog howls down the road
Forest spirits are afoot
Really too much magic
Iv'e heard there are some, who wish to do
A cancelling of 't' the very first letter; at the
Beginning Of true.'
I got into a puzzle of thought; and guess.?
Till upon inquiry there was help no less'
It seems, there is afoot?
A sort of plan' if it's removed from 'treason'
Some won't carry the can!
Wait
until
twilight fades.
We’ll rendezvous
under the flickering magical moon.
Lead me afoot, pathless woods where you choose,
Lay me gently
on earth’s cool
soft berth
Lace
our
fingers,
and whisper
sweet love poems
and slowly yield to deep rapture whimpers

A blanket of white
Fell in the night
My garden of flowers
Was nowhere in sight
I walked it afoot
I searched with my eyes
All blooms seemed lost
And covered with ice
But then I spotted
The most beautiful rose
Covered in crystal
That nature had froze
A delicate marvel
Unique in its shape
Frozen in time
No plucker to take
a nesting sparrow;
fell down from out of a tree;
onto his side now,
~
fell on the ground now;
sparrow has a broken wing;
can't fly away now;
~
there's danger afoot;
a Feral Alley cat spies;
broken bird on ground;
(meow, yum -yum-yum)
pusssss-meow, meow, meow;
meeeeow-meow yum!
