Ruiner Poems

Who are we

Who are any of us but obscenities with bouts of clarity that cloud the chaos which i need like oxygen just for a dip but to plunge i desire fire from napalm in a- bombs with mushroom clouds my pride wont function with anything less anyhow im a habitual up is how my name is pronounced not much good at what you want but good at gettin what we geek in the twilight hours for.... but wait there's more any chance you can enjoy romance an hearts dance till we realize it than we take runnin from it spend every hour fightin it but let anotha muthaer in n were fightin we need to let some light in but we dwell in a darkness more than night so maybe we can find each other at peace in the twilight u love of my life apple of daddys eye crusher of anything that feels right ruiner of any moment with all your might id treasure a few moments with you without so much as a peep but wed have to be in water over our heads no longer bubbling a lil to deep but only than can the crushing void begin to seep a leap into the abyss or yet another miss i think

My Legs Led Me To the Emptied House That Houses the Emptiness of Our Fathers

o long
                                 *************
"My Legs Led Me To The Emptied Apartments Of My Ancestors"

/My parents/teachers/peers/
told me nowhere on earth
is as silent as a graveyard
/Even mosques/not churches/not shrines/
are fitted to be compared to its lingering silent
atmosphere.& Today, I followed a friend to a garage,
after ruiner of happiness built an /unbreakable wall/
/unjumpable bridge/& an electrified fence/
to the beginning of a journey with /no ending/no returning
/of loneliness/& unpredictable destination/.

/But I heard the peeved laments
of heirs who preceeded their heroes/

/The weird sounds of wandering
souls finding their hosts/

The noisy violent wind that,
/erupts/sweeps/&gathers dreams/

Different noises of different tones from rooms,
/Pleading/threatening/protesting.

/Give back this life to me,
'ver would I go back to it/

/& If I can hide beneath tonight's darkness,
I'd strangle my wife's concubine/

/& they said death don't accept bribes,
Why'd he leave my father's father and take me/

Premium MemberErotic As the Rain Forest

Exotic? Lee did not think so
He had heard stories, and neurotic was more likely
Erotic? He began to laugh,
His dendrites pinged with guffaws.
She was no more erotic than a virgin butterfly
Or so he had been told

By one who intended to keep her for himself
One who spread rumors about her ugliness of heart.
One who was psycho and sociopathic
His cousin, James, the ruiner
The one who hurt women
Almost as fast as they fell for him.

Luckily Lee was open hearted.
He decided to meet her for himself.
Stunningly gorgeous green eyes met his browns
Briefly, shyly, discreetly.
If anything was ever exotic it was
oranges, lemons, the rain forest and these green eyes
She was erotic too, and he enjoyed
savoring her, and saving her for himself.

Tyops

Gather 'round the campfire me pretties,
Let me tell ye a tale,
One not of shining knights or flying fairies,
But of a menace more vile than minotaurs or spooky skellies,
I speak of the bane of banter,
The marrer of masterpieces,
The incinerator of inspiration,
The enemy of enlightenment,
The ruiner of romanticism,
The scourge of Socraticism,
The nemesis of narratives,
The devastator of dictation,
And just an all around bad guy,
So be wary my pretties,
Just when you're about to reveal the punchline,
The order's been swapped,
I tell you in hushed whispers my friends,
Of the dreaded Tyops!

Pride

Pride oh Pride!!!
A renowed human fiber
The ruiner of life ride
Defamation of life guide

Pride is a debtor
Winner in seconds bt
never a victor

Oh i seek from divine
Mindlessness from
inferiority
For it yields nothing bt
lost

Indeed more than a sign
A shower of
vulnerability
Of the danger we
feared d most

Pierces the hrt of the
closest
 Damages d mind of a
modest

Yes again a debtor!!
Debt of gratitude
Causing errors in
attitude

It steals humanity
before realised
Humiliates when
tarnished....

Ruiner

Why do you make me suffer this pain?
Do you like the thought of me being miserable?
Do you get a kick out of stealing my heart and ripping it to ribbon like shreds?
Because I don’t think it’s very nice
The way you treat my tender heart
I don’t know why, but I thought this time would be different
No matter how bad you treated me, I always went back for more
I’ve learnt that love is a strange game
That takes a long time to be played
And I thought I was going to wait for you
To come back to me forever
But now I’ve awoken and I realise
That we’re not meant to be together
So I’m letting you go
Goodbye.
