Zounds
If a tree falls in the forest
and no one is around
Does it make a sound?
Yesterday a tree split in half
falling on our front steps
and on our landing
No one was around
to hear the sound
when we found out --
"Zounds!" --
Nobody hurt, no damage
Did we ever luck out!
