Are You Living?
He brings light to the earth.
He shines His light across the soul.
With a gentle light, in colors we love,
Reflecting mercy, inspiration, faith…
Silent dreams, quiet hopes
Prayers and praise,
Sustaining grace.
Wherever He goes, there is a gentle flow,
The softest shadow always seems to know,
He brings with Him - authenticity who believes,
Wherever He is,… I want to be there too,
Always with the One who taught my heart to love.
Always with the love who taught my soul to hope.
Always with the hope who taught my faith to rejoice.
Always, I’ll rejoice… because I truly know HIM!
He brings light to this world.
He reflects the light of God’s grace.
With a sincerity that rings with peace,
He drives out all the darkest degradation….
Gentle hearts, soft moments,
Glistening in the spirit,
Glorifying the King of Kings.
Wherever He goes, my heart surely knows…
I’ll walk with Him, aspiring to be like Him,
The One who guides my soul,
The One my heart so hopes…
Will forever sing love through my spirit,
Cleansing me of all the filth, the fear and greed,
All the darkness that tries to destroy me…
Because He lives – Because He gives me His peace,
I echo the light that He shines through my soul,
The light that clings to my heart,
The light that is love expressing His grace,
The light that believes He will surely erase…
All the darkness and the fear, the sin that brought me near
To the death that assured me – HE IS REAL
And faith in Him is all I will need to silence the grief,
The grace He gives is all that I can believe will bring relief…
Because of Him
I know that my sin,
Is left in the past,
Where I’ll never be again,
Because today I know,
A love that will last!
Forever and always, I’ll praise Him
He’s amazing and I’ll never stop believing
He is the love that heals me, the love that fills me,
The love that gives me the grace that saved me!
Because of Him
Who is risen,
My heart has been given…
The joy of truly living!
