Me like it or not
I know i am not perfect. Who is. I've had ups and downs I have tried to be a good person But have failed at times I've e loved and been loved I have given advice but not always taken my own I look up to certain people and been looked down on by others I have made mistakes but not always learned from them
I can be stubborn or easy going
I can be happy but lately been sad I have hated and I've been hated on
I try to be nice but also can be mean
I feel as if i am alone even in a crowd
I have been asked how i am doing?
I say "I am doing ok"But can't you see? I am barely hanging onI have felt hopeless when i should feel blessed I have made friends and have lost friends
Some by my own doing
Others because of theirs
I have forgiven and have been betrayed again
I have been forgiven even though i felt i didnt deserve it.
I have been grateful
At times i have been selfish
But deep down i want to be fair
Sometimes I feel I am judged unfairly
For my opinions.
Opinions are not wrong or right
I will always listen to an opinion
All I ask is to listen to mine.
Of course I am not always right
I am pretty sure I can admit when I am wrong
But will keep to my convictions if I feel I am right
Ups and downs
Good or bad
Right or wrong
I am ME
